Stayed Jul 21, 2024The property was comfortable and spacious for our group of 11. The walk to the beach was quite doable, especially with a wagon. It was nice to have the pool nearby. The kitchen was well equipped. Having the Rise Up coffee shop within easy walking was also a plus.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024We had a wonderful 1-week stay at this townhouse with our family and friends. Rollin, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed. The house was well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-stocked so we could cook our meals. There was plenty of space for everyone. Also, the location is great, as it is a 20-25 minute walk to the beach (or short drive), with many accessible restaurants plus the nearby park and weekly farmer’s market. The neighborhood pool is another bonus. We can’t wait to stay there again next year!

Stayed May 29, 2024This was a great property to stay while we visited the beach. The property was in excellent condition. There was plenty of space for the whole family. Plenty of parking and common areas inside the townhouse and outside. Great patio for morning coffee! This property is located perfectly; close to shopping and restaurants and close to the beach. Rollin and Valerie were perfect hosts, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and giving great suggestions for the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 24, 2024My family and a group of friends have gone to Rehobeth MDW every year for the past 10 years. This house is in a great location! 15 minute walk to Dogfish Brewery (then just another 15 minutes to the boardwalk). Nice easy walk down a bike path. The house was very nice and exactly as described.
