Whether you`re planning a multi-family beach trip, bringing grandparents along for the week, or gathering friends for a summer escape near the coast, Sea LaVie is designed for easy, memory-filled vacations. Spend the day at the beach using the included chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler, then come home for pool time, outdoor dinners, movie nights, and quiet evenings under the palms.

LIVING SPACE

Step inside and the house immediately feels calm, bright, and connected. Tall ceilings and large windows pull natural light throughout the main living area, while direct pool views make the backyard feel like part of the home itself.

Sea LaVie is designed for the kind of summer trip people actually remember. Long pool days, beach runs, tired kids after swimming, relaxed mornings, late dinners outside, and everyone together in one place without feeling cramped. Strange how the vacations people remember most usually involve the simplest things. Sun, water, food, and temporarily forgetting what day it is.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.

• Our nightly rate is based on up to 6 guests. To keep pricing fair for smaller groups while covering additional usage, a small per-guest rate applies for guests 7–10.

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. Pool heat is weather dependent and may be limited during cooler temperatures.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

★ Garage is available for 1 vehicle or motorcycles only (1 to 3 max)
★ Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking. Please ask ahead of time for storage options. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
★ Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.


★ Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
★ We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all guests.
★ If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
  ★ Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens
  ★ Air purification to remove odors
  ★ Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state
★ Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone.

★ Please place all waste in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before pick-up. Remember to return bins after collection.
