5BR Pool Retreat — Little 500 Weekend Available

This property is WOW! Gorgeous as you pull up to the house and then wows you more upon entering the house itself. The heated indoor pool was a hit, along with the hot tub.The dining room table was large enough for all of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with modern appliances. Plenty of bathrooms! Game room was awesome and a hit with everybody.

Really enjoyed the stay. The pool was great. Had an excellent patio for grilling and eating outdoors.

The host is very gracious and easy to contact if need be. The house is outstanding. Every year my brothers get together for a long weekend. This house is perfect. We did not need to go anywhere. Jump in the pool or hot tub then the sauna. Grill and make wonderful meals. Hangout in the 2 story game room. And everyone with a private bedroom and multiple bathrooms. Towels galore Everything you need is there. I’m from Bloomington, so I didn’t need to go out to the countless places this beautiful town has to offer. If you want to get out, this house may seem out of the way but it’s 10 minutes to IU We will be coming back Thank you, Brian!!

Very comfortable house. We were a group of ladies in town for a family event. We didn’t use the game room, theater room or pool but enjoyed the hot tub & large couch in the LR. The 4th BR is upstairs, away from the rest of the house & the 5th BR is in the lower level thru the theater room. A couple of us doubled up in the other 3 BRs to be closer together. Overall, very nice. Looks like the large pool & game room would be fun. Maybe next time.

Beautiful home! Very welcoming hosts. This stay far exceed my expectations. Our immediate family celebrated Christmas a bit early and we all felt so blessed to be able to be together here with much to do without leaving the property.

Amazing house

Five of our female family members, spanning three generations, stayed here recently over Labor Day weekend. We loved each having our own room. The master bath is especially nice, with the multilevel showers and sprays. The shower/bath in the dormer bedroom is not ideal, unless you are happy to just take a bath. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful outdoor area immensely. The pool area is grand, with the water temp kept at 86. The house was clean and well provisioned. We cooked many meals there and found everything we needed. We had plenty of bath and pool towels. Brian greeted us and welcomed us, showing us some of the things around the house. We enjoyed the game room adjacent to the pool area and the Home theater down in the basement. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely do it again! Thank you.

Plenty of room for 9 of us. The indoor pool and game room were great. The game room being separated from the the bedrooms and other living space was good so the noise of karaoke did not disturb those watching tv. We were able to eat dinners together at the large table and play games. The hot tub and back porch area were very relaxing. We enjoyed the movie room the with protector screen was nice to wind down at night. Would definitely recommend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is even better than anticipated. It was well stocked, spacious, and had plenty to keep everyone entertained. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for several nights for a family getaway with kids and grandkids. Excellent experience! The house was clean and kitchen stocked with all the necessary items to prepare our meals. Lots of parking. The highlight was the pool for the grandkids along with the game room. The movie theater setup in the basement was wonderful. Brian was easy to work with. Easy access to Bloomington. I highly recommend and we certainly plan on returning!!

This place was perfect for our needs. We were celebrating my wifes 40th bday and had 5 IU alums in our group who wanted to spend time on campus. It is about 15 min away. The house has so much to do between the pool, hot tub, game rooms and movie theater! Theres also nice living areas and a patio to just sit and enjoy your company. Brian, the host, was also very great. The house, pool/hot tub, patio were clean and welcoming. Really no complaints. All of my guests were also impressed with the house and offered me many compliments for finding this .

Our stay at Brian's place was short but the property and all the amenities made it extra fun. We will definitely rent again, it is surrounded by beautiful trees and you can head all kind of birds. The pool being inside made it a lot better, property was so big and private.

WARNING: Anyone with small children, be sure pool is tested and shown to be at safe chlorine level before using. We enjoyed many features of this house but had a big problem with reactions to pool chemicals that were either too strong or not added far enough in advance of visit. All adults and children had respiratory irritation, watering eyes and sneezing in pool area, at first. Toddlers had coughing and wheezing for 24-48 hours after first swim. Reactions cleared up in 3-4 days, as chlorine dissipated. The owner tried to address, but was faced with his own medical issues and closed pool chemical suppliers. The hot tub was perfect. This property is under reconstruction, after damage from a fallen tree a few months ago. Very nice property owner is working hard to rebuild, but there were small unfinished items throughout and messy areas in side and back yards. Large front yard and patio area were very nice. Many excellent features include a wonderfully outfitted 2-story game room and movie room, gas grill and large, furnished patio, many bathrooms with excellent water pressure and hot water, 2 laundry areas, multiple large TV screens and luxury appliances in the kitchen (although the garbage disposall didn't work). So, if pool chlorine tests safe, this is a great place to stay right now if you are not fussy about some unfinished landscaping, woodwork, switchplates and the like, and promises to be excellent when all the work is done.

Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!

Great property and location for IU parents weekend but house is still partially under construction. Will be great upon completion. Brian was helpful and responsive during power outage.
