This 5-bedroom, 3-level home is designed to give your group space to gather, relax, and enjoy time together, with a layout that balances shared living areas and private retreats.

New for the 2026 season: updated and refreshed lighting and furnishings throughout the home -

-Comfortable beds for all guests: new King mattress and upholstered bed frame in upper level master, new king bed frames on mid-level, memory foam mattresses on bunk beds, new mattress and bed frame in lower level.

-Bedside charging stations in all King bedrooms and ground-level bedroom

-Ceiling fans with clearly labeled remotes for ease of use

-Roku devices on all TVs with simplified controls

-Beach Gear: A selection of beach gear, including chairs and boogie boards, is typically available for guest use.



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

    The house and property are poorly maintained. The thermostat didn't work; the 2nd floor shower didn't drain; the pool was seriously worn and leaked; the planking was warped and dangerous in places. There weren't enough towels.

    The location and neighborhood was nice. The dune to the beach was ruff with kids. But the back yard was AMAZING.
