Stayed Nov 29, 2025Wow! What a very spacious house! We went there for a football game and had multiple family’s that stayed with us. This place was perfect for our group. It was roomy and clean. Fifteen minutes from the stadium was excellent for us. I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Cleveland.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The host was great with communication. Sent the codes to access the house 10 minutes before check-in. Messaged me on day 2 making sure everything was going well. Plenty of space to park. Neighborhood isn't the greatest. Just made sure to keep doors locked and car doors locked. The house itself was beautiful. Very spacious and plenty of room for 15 people. Surface level clean but could have used a deep clean. The couches were not the most comfortable. One couch was being held up by a paint can, so proceed with caution. Post states that the house sleeps 15. But 2 of the queen size beds are actually air mattresses. I felt bad for my friends that had to sleep on those. Would recommend adding more blankets and towels. Overall, we were able to make everything work for our group.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025We came in for a trade show and have always loved the Cleveland Heights area! The accommodations were perfect! The space provides a relaxing outdoor area. After 10pm coming inside is welcoming with a fun basement bar/rec room and a lovely living room upstairs. The house is very tidy with all amenities! Chase is a responsive professional owner. I would highly recommended this rental!!!

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Nice big comfortable home for our extended family. Host communicated well. On the edge of a pretty downtrodden part of Cleveland but never felt unsafe. Could use new ping pong paddles, dish towels, and a fresh mowing and bit of yard maintenance would dress it up.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024The house was very nice, and plenty big for our group of eight to enjoy our stay. Easy drive to the R&R HOF, and Brown's stadium. We also hit up the NFL HOF, and The Ohio State Reformatory, (which is the prison where The Shawshank Redemption was filmed), easy day trip. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This home was an excellent choice for us. Highly recommend it. We were in Cleveland for our youngest son’s wedding. The home provided plenty of space for the groom, four other adults and five children; and room for the groomsmen to get together and prep for the big day. The home is very clean! The home is a beautiful craftsman (reminded me of my grandparent’s home years ago)! Very thankful we found this home and were able to stay. We had everything we needed. Chase was easy to work with and seemed to want us to relax and enjoy. Thank you

Stayed Sep 6, 2024We had a group of guys in town to start the NFL weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our weekend. The house was clean, close to downtown, in a safe neighborhood, and was large enough to accommodate our party (8 guys). Chase (the property manager) was great to work with and very responsive. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but they were addressed by Chase as best he could. Overall, we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
