Condo is very nice and was comfortable for our big party of 10 people. Very clean. Nice to have full size washer and dryer. Close to all locations we were visiting. Owner very responsive. TV in Master Bedroom does not work currently - reported to owner. Had a great stay.

Excellent! Rental is in a gated neighborhood with awesome water park and clubhouse. Close to Orlando airport and attractions. Besides food & sunscreen, everything we needed was at the house (paper towels, cleaning stuff, toys for kid, stroller, bath soap & shampoo). We were in town for a family gathering. We did not go to the theme parks. This home was awesome: cool view of the lake in the middle of the community and birds/wildlife that live in that lake, short walk to the clubhouse and water park, short walk to the playground and workout stuff, and plenty of room to play inside when it rained. I’d stay again! Heck, I’d live here!

We loved our stay!! The place was super spacious for the 6 of us, everyone loved the pool and didn’t want to get out (ever!), and the location was perfect! Within 20 minutes to major parks and activities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to Orlando theme parks, good restaurants, and shopping.

Storey Lakes is a good location for Disney visits.We stayed during a busy holiday period but traffic on our route to Disney was not a problem.Additionally, the property is particularly well situated, with lovely views from the pool. The interior was clean and well equipped. The layout was as described. With ample parking.The property information provided indicated they wanted us to have a good stay and boy they meant it! All was as we could have wanted. We are quite “picky” as residents. So, I had a couple of minor queries. The owners addressed them right away and fully. For certain we got 5 star service. A big thanks to them for a great stay.

It was great!

Since it was so warm outside, the pool was a little warmer than we used to. It was more like a hot tub which first thing in the morning was great. It was nice that they could adjust the temperature down, which was very helpful.The rooms were great downstairs with a little warmer and we couldn’t find a way to adjust the temperature downstairs, but the upstairs was very comfortable and was very easy to adjust Everyone they was very pleased with the house and look forward to coming back. We would put the people that sleep hotter upstairs versus downstairs.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Very clean, wonderful view, and the home is exactly as pictured. Extremely fast response from host. Well equipped kitchen as well as other supplies. Short walk to clubhouse pool area which is awesome! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent. The unit was very clean. Unit was very spacious. We loved the location and beautiful lake behind the unit. The communications with the owner were excellent. The pool was very clean and heated so the kids used it every evening ! A couple things like measuring cups would have been great but we managed with what was there. We would highly recommend this property !!

Clean, well located.

We enjoyed our stay at Stoney Lake, a very nice home and community. We loved going to the water park and club. A great atmosphere and place to relax. The lake has a couple of smaller alligators, the family enjoyed seeing them in the wild! If ever wanting a stay in the Orlando area, a good place to be!

House was great. Amenities of the resort were awesome. Our kids loved the pool. Really cool seeing the wildlife around the area. Hosts were responsive and readily available to help. A/C worked beautifully for hot Florida summer.

This property was everything promised and more. Beautiful, spacious home . Close to Disney . Safe , well kept neighborhood. Family friendly home with everything anyone could need . Would definitely recommend! And the included pool area and amenities are absolutely perfect for family fun. Very , very happy with the experience.

Excellent communication with the host prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Beautiful condo! So many thoughtful touches from the host! We walked into the condo and had everything we needed without having to go to the store first for essentials. The condo was impeccably clean and so very comfortable. The pack and play and stroller were so much appreciated for my youngest grandchild. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all of the outdoor seating. The sunset viewings and wildlife sightings in the pond were so much appreciated! The condo was only a short walk to the clubhouse, which we all enjoyed the lazy river, water slides, pool and a wide variety of food options and cocktails. The condo truly exceeded our expectations and we all had an incredibly good time! Will definitely book again!

Rent this place! This property was exceptionally clean. Everything you could need was here. The owners are very professional and care about you having the best experience. They contacted me several times to make sure we had everything or if there was anything we needed.

Great location, condo was wonderful. Was great for our family. Enjoyed our stay, relaxing to be away from parks, but very close for access. Very clean and as advertised in pictures. Having the pool at the residence was wonderful. Had enough bath and pool towels for all 6 of us. Pool was warm and safety fence worked well. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Host provided access info and parking passes when promised. Clubhouse, pool, lazy river and splash pad were fun. Would definitely stay again.

We came to Orlando to watch my daughter play in college softball tournament and decided to make a week vacation out of it. Our family of four couldn’t have been more comfortable in this beautiful property. The owners were awesome. They checked in a few times to make sure we were comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We had more than enough space and a beautiful view of the lake in the back. Easy walk to the resort pool which was so relaxing. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for everything!

House was perfect for our needs, was a great way to accomodate extended family for an Orlando vacation. Some additional information, for anyone looking for more details:Kitchen/dining/lounging is all one open space on ground floor, great for family togetherness. There wasn't any seating in bedrooms though so if you want less family togetherness you have to hole up on a bed. Two bedrooms on the ground were nice for family members not fond of stairs, but it's not fully ADA accessible, there is a front step to enter house.Swimming pool is really, really small. I'm sure small children would still have a great time splashing around in it, but it's not something that anyone is going to actually swim in. Pool deck though had a nice view over the lake, was a nice place to sit with morning coffee, and there were other swimming options at the neighborhood recreation center. Didn't notice mosquitos (it was a cold early March), but screen on pool deck needed some repair, would definitely want that fixed for lounging out there in other seasons.Neighborhood was tranquil, with the welcome exception of the occasional ice cream truck. It was a straight shot in to Disney parks, no traffic whatsoever. Other civilization was farther-- the restaurant at the recreation center was close and convenient, but was just bar food sold over the counter at the pool side.Kitchen There wasn't any seating in bedro

Had 2 college students and 6 other adults. Very comfortable and relaxing. You could walk the two short walking bridges to the pool area lazy river basketball court bar etc. great location.

We stayed here on our way to a cruise. It was spotless and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Roomy and clean home, pool was great for the kids and heated. Nice view of the lake as well. Owner was easy to communicate with, and the resort is close to all the major parks.

We were a group of 11 including 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The place was spacious and the kids enjoyed the toys and the heated pool. It was exactly as advertised. Communication with our host was excellent! We will definitely come back again, I highly recommend!
