The Space:

The main house features an open living area with cool tile floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two separate seating areas for conversation or streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes white appliances, tile countertops, an indoor grill, cookware, and dining ware. Enjoy meals at the formal dining table or casual kitchen table. Two bedrooms are located in separate casitas on the property.

You're two blocks east of Ruth Hardy Park, where you'll find public tennis courts and playgrounds. Walk less than a mile west to reach Palm Canyon Drive in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, home to vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, art galleries, theaters, and casinos. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 6 miles west, offering stunning views and access to mountain trails. The Movie Colony neighborhood, developed between the 1930s and 1940s, blends mature, upscale charm with proximity to downtown's eclectic energy. Golf courses, hot springs, and spas are all nearby. Joshua Tree National Park makes an excellent day trip.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 3 miles south, about a 10-minute drive. Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district is a 10-minute drive west. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 6 miles west. Joshua Tree National Park is about 45 minutes east via CA-62. Coachella festival grounds are approximately 30 minutes southeast via I-10.

    This property has been badly neglected and is WAY overpriced. The water supply is contaminated by corroded iron pipes that leach heavy metals into the water. A plumber sent by the host told us not to drink the water. Where to start: leaking roof, broken disposal, broken dishwasher, barely flushing toilets, clouded windows, rotted wood frames, no pool tops or supplies, no outdoor grill (broken), no fire pit (chimenea broken), termites, and roaches. This was the most disappointing stay ever. The Grand Welcome manager was useless and did not acknowledge our issues.
