Stayed Apr 15, 2026The refrigerator did not work for three of the five days. The starters on the stove need attention. The golf cart needs work. The tires are severely worn and will probably go flat soon. When we arrived the refrigerator and the garbage disposal smelled like spoiled shrimp. I ran the garbage disposal and water and finally got most of the shrimp ground up and washed down. The clothes dryer had to be repaired so we didn’t have a dryer for two days. The floors have not been cleaned thoroughly in quite a while. An arm on two of the dining chairs needs repair. Light bulbs need to be replaced in some of the bathrooms and one on the front porch. This is a very nice unit but is not being maintained well. It is a five bedroom home and does not have enough parking. Our arrival was on Wednesday and the outside garbage can was full from the previous renter. Sorry to not be complimentary but this was our one time per year we are able to enjoy time with all of our family and I had hoped for a rental in better shape.

Stayed Apr 2, 2026Texting and trying to locate pool with correct key code the entire trip but we never were able to use the pool. Also had an issue with the golf cart because the license plate was expired and we were pulled over and cited with ticket. Wouldn’t stay here again because of these issues and not having them resolved or compensated

Stayed Mar 28, 2026I understand this is a beach location but no excuse for sand on the floors and on the sheets. Apparently they “professionally clean the sheet”….per their check out information…WiFi would not connect on the first night, pool code was wrong, golf cart tire is completely wear out and unsafe, golf cart tag was expired got a ticket first visit to the beach- had to walk to the beach with all our items:( wonderful house needs new management company

Stayed Mar 27, 2025While we arrived and unloading the vehicle, there was a transmitter that must have been hit or something. All the wires were exposed. I sent a picture of it along with my concerns of it being a very dangerous situation with exposed electrical wires. Never heard back from the phone number. Then even sent an email and no response back either. We stayed away from that the rest of the trip, but was a consistent hazard and couldn’t really get past the danger of that. Other than that, the house was clean and location is great. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024We loved our stay in this property. The house itself is gorgeous with a wonderful amount of space. We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers and had more than enough space for all of us. The location was terrific - just a short, easy walk to the beach, and the buggy was a nice bonus. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, although a few more basic cooking staples (eg wooden spoons) would be helpful.The only downside we encountered were the appliances. The washer and dryer were old and inefficient (considering most occupants will need to wash bathing suits a machine with a delicates cycle is essential), not to mention very loud. The dishwasher also needs to be updated, we had to wash each load twice because it never washed properly (or at all) the first time. Also the toaster was broken and needs to be replaced. Otherwise we had a lovely stay in a really lovely home. Thank you!

Stayed Nov 26, 2024This property was just ok it not really a Senior citizen place furniture not comfortable or easy to get up off for seniors kitchen was not equipped for our kind of cooking we had to buy pots and pans their was sand in beds

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Overall the home was ok. Laid out fairly well and met our needs. Had issues with checking in codes to the house and community pool. There is black mold beginning to build up on the white chairs on the back porch as well as the railing on the front porch. There were also several roaches both in the kitchen and in the laundry room upstairs! Gold cart was a nice perk!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. We were close to the beach and community pool. Felt very much like home with the exception of the oven not working after buying tons of groceries.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Family trip of 5 days and house was beautiful and comfy. When we got there before check in, trash was piled up to the top of trash and assumed it would be picked up throughout our stay. That never happened and that old trash smell made it uncomfortable to stay outside and filled the house up with flies. I contacted them about it and for the WiFi because none of the tvs connected and they never got back to me. We wanted to go to the pool that was advertised on here but didn’t bother asking due to them never responding. Was a little let down but it is what it is.
