What an amazing place to stay! Exceeded my expectations.

A perfect house for our family vacation. 14 of us, 3 generations, had a wonderful family get together at your home. There was easy and timely communication with Andrea. The house easily and comfortably slept all of us in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The home was unbelievably well stocked with everything we needed and never had to “run to the store” because we ran out of supplies. Because of food allergies, we had to cook all of our meals but the open floor plan of the gigantic kitchen-family room-dining room easily accommodated all of us at the same time. We were able to prep our meals, cook, play board games, do jigsaw puzzles and talk all at the same time together in the same space. Of course, the hot tub, ping pong table, and the corn hole was enjoyed by everyone. Even though we were cooking for 14 hungry eaters, the kitchen came with huge pots and pans which made food preparation easy. We never ran out of plates, bowls or utensils. When one of us needed quiet time, there were many nooks and crannies that we could escape to. Thank you Andrea for letting us use your wonderful home. We will gladly rent your home if we vacation in Manzanita again.

I can’t think of ONE thing negative about this gorgeous home. It has absolutely everything you would ever need, the location is awesome, and all of the personal touches made it feel like a 5-star hotel. What a blessing that you share this home with others. Thank you!

This property is perfectly located, contains every possible convenience (especially in the kitchen), and has an owner who is extremely easy to communicate with. This was our second stay at this house, and we look forward to our next stay.

Great house, great location. House super well stocked. Great for our family of 4, family of 3 and the two of us. The five bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. The kitchen was huge with table seating for at least 10.

Beautiful, spotless house with everything you could ever need. Super spacious and comfortable for 5 adults.

Highly recommend this property. Probably the best rental we have ever had for an our group. Great for cooking and hanging out with friends and family. Close to beach and town. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We could not have asked for a better house or host for our annual Manzanita family vacation! Andrea was so wonderful to work with and the layout was perfect for our large family. We were so impressed with the thoughtfulness of the design and everything put into the home. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! We can’t wait to come back next year!

The house has great spaces for gathering together and also to slip away to read a book or find some quiet time. Close to the beach and the shopping area, so great location. We all loved it!

This home was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and the home was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, especially with younger kids, a toddler and a baby. Everyone in our party agreed the home was ideal and wanted to book again for next year!
