Stayed Nov 22, 2025The host was quick to respond to all questions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities were good, the shampoos and soap good. However, the starter toilet paper is a no go. The master bathroom only had half the roll left. Had to buy and leave toilet paper for the next guest. No coffee pods or sugar. It is as clean, had enough towels for our family 7. We would rent this house again.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025The check out instructions were followed, but just so you are aware they are different than the ones in the binder in the house. Also, the mini split in the back room does not work and the gate does not latch so when it is windy it opens and closes which causes a banging noise in the house. Other than those two things the house was very nice and roomy.

Stayed Jun 19, 2023The house had several issues that should have been fixed prior to our arrival. The bathtub drain was clogged and full of dirty water. The dishwasher was also full of dirty water and we couldn't get it to drain. The outside trash cans were full of trash. We couldn't access the wi-fi on our phones or computers (the information on the router was incorrect). Communication with owner was slow - not sure if he received my messages.
