Thanks for looking at our newly built 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home, nestled in a sand dune in Sheridan Beach! The house was built in July 2022. The beach is a short 1/4 mile walk away, about 5 minutes.
The house has an open layout - the kitchen opens up to the living/dining rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fully finished walkout basement, a big front deck and a screened in porch in back.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025The space was accommodating for our family, and the layout with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was convenient. However, the unit lacked enough towels, had some mold issues, and needed better maintenance. Several safety concerns stood out, including unsecured appliances, poorly supported beds, and exposed electrical wiring near the deck. With proper upkeep, this property could be much more enjoyable.
