GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse and private pool.

When arriving at the resort, present your reservation confirmation at the security gate to receive your parking pass. Your private door code and check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

POOL HEATING

• Available for $35 per day
• Minimum of three consecutive days
• Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival
• The maximum pool temperature is approximately 95°F
• Pool-heating performance may be affected by extremely cold weather

BBQ GRILL

A gas grill is available for an optional fee of $95 per stay. The first propane tank and basic grill accessories are included.

HOUSE RULES

• Maximum of 10 registered guests
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Checkout before 10:00 AM
• A valid photo ID may be required
• Additional fees and applicable taxes may apply

For the safety of our guests and property, an exterior Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance. It monitors only the outdoor entry area and does not view any interior spaces.
