We had a great stay, nice apartments, close to everything you need. Hosts were awesome and replied very quickly when needed.

Very nice 2-unit setup in a great location. Easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and 5 small kids. Excellent and very accommodating hosts.

We were in town for a specific event and the location put us within walking distance of everything. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy stay. Great view from the roof. Owners were super responsive. Rooms were very comfortable.

This was a fantastic spot for our family gathering in Philadelphia. We had 12 people in the 2 units and we were all comfortable. The location is great, and the bonus of having the restaurant Lift down the street for amazing breakfasts including great coffee. Easy 1 mile walk to Market Street/downtown. Owners Liam and Michael were also great communicators!

Property is exactly as advertised.

The property was nice and clean and great for a large group to stay in Philly. There’s a lovely view from the roof and we were able to find parking close by. The hosts are responsive and the check in and checkout process went smoothly. Although this is not about the property itself, just a warning to others to make sure you don’t leave anything in your vehicle and that all the doors are locked because we did get items stolen from our car parked two blocks away :(

We were traveling with three generations, two families, and this was an ideal home base for our time in Philly. Bonus points for the incredible roof top deck for fireworks on the 4th of July!

The space was as described and pictured. We enjoyed a lot of time on the rooftop space. Highly recommend!

It was a great trip for me friends and I. We rented both units and they were beautiful and clean. There is an excellent view from the roof! One thing that is not in the listing that we all loved was the art work in the house, very creative! Highly recommend staying at this location.

We came in as a large group to this property for two nights, and it was absolutely fantastic. There was plenty of room, clean and well appointed bathrooms and the space was spread out over multiple floors to accommodate our large group. The rooftop was phenomenal and had a beautiful view of the city. The house were easy to connect with and answer at all questions. I would rate this property very very high. Great experience.

This property worked very well for our large family. The kitchen is well stocked. Really nice deck and rooftop with a great view of the city. Plenty of space to hang out. Good food really close by (Juno, Silk City and Chinesca, Cafe Lift). Old City/Independence is a 25 min walk through Chinatown. Franklin Square is great for kids and about 20 min walk. City Hall/downtown 25 minutes as well. The hosts are very responsive. Drawbacks are —neighborhood—noisy, dirty, rough sleepers around the corner, soup kitchen across the road; the place needs a serious deep cleaning; street noise for the one bedroom by the road; no parking (we found a pay lot for 36 a day).

A very nice place for our family to congregate prior to attending our Mothers funeral. The family traveled from all different states and all were impressed with the duplex. The only drawback was the parking, but that turned out to be ok. I would highly recommend this place. Communication and instructions were perfect! Thank you for opening your home to our family during this sad time in our lives.

5 StarsWe had an absolutely amazing time at the two units we rented in Philadelphia! Both spaces were spacious and perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone. There were games and activities to enjoy, and it was easy to connect to the television to watch whatever we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet, lovely, and conveniently located near shops and eateries.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the temperature in both units was just right for our group. The kitchens were well-equipped with cups, glasses, utensils, and cookware, along with coffee, which was a thoughtful touch.The rooftop deck was stunning! We wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed it even more. The location was perfect—just five minutes from our venue—and we appreciated the parking options a couple of blocks away. Most importantly, we felt safe throughout our stay.Liam and Mike were fantastic hosts, and we highly recommend their rentals. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The home was perfect for our group and in a cool neighborhood with a fantastic restaurant/bar next door. Liam, the owner of the VRBO, was amazingly responsive and super helpful. We had a unique situation hit us and he was overly accommodating.We only stayed one night but loved the place and were super happy with how we got access, where it was located, the condition of the property, and everything else. PERFECT!

Our group was 14 women attending the regatta this weekend. We are all friends from college, so we know each other well. The VRBO was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the rooftop space a lot. The bath and kitchen spaces were also a big plus, as we always do group meals to chat and visit. We found plenty of dining options nearby, and the grocery well within walking distance, too. We are hoping the unit is available next year when we visit, and we would pursue it again. It was a great fit for us.

Property was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!
