Stayed Nov 27, 2024This was the perfect space for spending the holidays together with Family. With one of our grands battling brain cancer, it necessitated spending holiday together as a family before his health declined. The arrangements of beds met the requirements for all my family and their kids. We never got the gas fireplace to work but that was more for ambience than necessity. The hot tub was not working upon our arrival but hosts were diligent in communication with us and a tech was sent out to resolve issue. Sadly due to holiday, no tech available right away. Not the hosts fault. It was a holiday. We were able to enjoy it but had really looked forward to more use. As a compensation for lack of use, they allowed us a late charge at no extra charge. The one thing that would be awesome for future guests, if after all day travel, it would be really nice to have coffee and filters available without having to make an immediate grocery visit. SEVERAL grocery store options all less than 10 mins from the house. VERY convenient to anything we needed. Plenty of cookware and dinnerware. The only other small inconvenience was lack of toiletries in master bath. The shower wall units that held them were empty/broken, but hosts provided access to the storage closet so we could get them. overall, a wonderfully stocked home with tons of space! Hosts were very good at prompt communication which was very appreciated. would recommend!

Stayed Mar 23, 2023We arrived to this property late at night because of flight delays. After walking around for 5 minutes, we found dog treat chunks on beds, pet stains on the carpet, multiple video cameras (you feel like your being watched), very few window coverings, it's a half fast remodel job, ETC. We didn't touch a thing and left the property and checked into a hotel. I let the Host know the next day and asked for a refund as we booked it for over a week. The Host told me that I was lying about the dog treats in the bed (even though we took pictures) as if we planted them in the bed to get our money back. This will probably be the last Vacation Rental I will ever book. It added way too much unwanted stress to our move to Texas. Vacation Host's aren't held accountable for false advertising and cleanliness. There are no standards.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023Fireplace didn't work, hot water for the tub didn't work, hot tub never heated. the hot tub was dirty when we arrived and half way full. Garbage disposal doesn't work properly. It only works plugged in and will stay on unless you unplug. Needs some updating in kitchen and hardwood floor upstairs. Overall nice house and neighborhood, should have issues addressed properly or change what is be advertised on the description of the home. Great communication on the issues I had. By 3 day the bath tub water was fixed, due to the water heater being out. They tried to fix the fireplace and were unsuccessful. The hot tub was cleaned out on 2nd day and refilled, yet the hot tub never heated.

Stayed Nov 8, 2022This home is a great one for large families or for a couple of families to combine their stay. Very clean, large, and elegant in a nice neighborhood close to main roads and restaurants. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown Mckinney. We felt spoiled with the deep pool, hot tub, outdoor grill and generous kitchen. Tile floors made it easy to keep clean with pets and going in and out of pool. The beds were SUPER comfy. The living room couch was the only thing not comfortable in the house. Communication with the owners was always very quick, courteous, and helpful. Only critiques we had were the fireplace was not working and the pool service was very discourteous which was unfortunate because we had such great customer service everywhere else. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
