Stayed Dec 6, 2025Plenty of room first floor and basement. Comfortable beds. I did suggest to the host that a book with info in it would be a good addition to the VRBO (wifi password, checkout info, etc.), and a few more baking dishes. We cooked in rather than going out and we had plenty of pots and pans but could have used some baking dishes and muffin pans. A Keurig was available, but if you like stronger coffee, you might need to run to a nearby coffee shop. The sofa did feel like it had a sturdy back, so we put it against the wall. This was mentioned in an earlier review by someone, so we wanted to make sure others knew as well. Placing the back against the wall gave us plenty more room for the little ones to play. It worked out beautifully! The host was great as well.

Stayed Oct 19, 2025Everything was beautifully decorated, welcoming and comfortable. No troubles checking in or out. Close to everything, adequately stocked. We had a great time visiting our son at UNO for his fall break. We visited Valas Apple Orchard for a day that was a highlight!! Thanks to Mackenzie for great communication and a pleasant stay!

Stayed Sep 17, 2025We had a funeral to attend. The booking was easy and the management team answered all questions once we arrived. The house did not seem to be cleaned as the floors were not swept and we found personal belongings on the living room couch cushion. We were not able to sit on the couch in fear of breaking the back of the couch. The kitchen flooring has signs of water damage and the basement bathroom had the floor ripped up do to sewer damage explained by management. The house had plenty of room for our family but it was unfinsished with little attention to detail for a VRBO.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Property was experiencing issues with city sewer before we arrived. Host gave us two hour notice that one of the bathrooms was out of order. With a party of eight, that was significant. We agreed to a discounted rate & completed ourstay. It was too late to make alternate arrangements. Things worked out & we had a nice stay considering. Mackensie worked with us & I felt she done right by us. We would stay there again.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025The curb appeal was not good at all. Lots of weeds The ledge going into the kitchen is a trip hazard. The bathroom sink in the basement had no hot waterThe property is not 3 bathrooms as stated. Only 2 1/2The whole property could use a deep cleaning. Would probably not rent again

Stayed Jul 18, 2025This house was great! We had two families and multiple teenagers and younger. They were all able have their own space. The fire pit was a hit for s’mores and having the upper deck was nice for the adults. The hosts were great and so nice.
