Host very well at communicating and the house was very clean with plenty of kitchenware. Great house to host big families or multiple families. Dining room table seats 10. Location is great as well. Short drive to town and 10-15 minutes to mountains. 4 stars only because the TV downstairs was a little outdated and was not able to login to streaming services for kids to watch something while relaxing downstairs. The other reason (could be due to season) but there were no chairs by the fire pit. Overall we really did enjoy the stay and the decor was beautiful. Loved the bear table.

This house exceeded all of our expectations! It was beautiful, and a great location and had so many great amenities – fire pit, hot tub, plenty of towels, games, kitchen, basics, a surprise, ping-pong table in the garage, and so much more. Next time we are in North Lake Tahoe we will try to book this one again.

A great place to get away with friends. Very responsive property management as well.

Great property for our multi-generational family!

We really enjoyed our stay in this large Tahoe home. Lots of space to hang out together or have some privacy. The hot tub was a big hit. The only slight downgrade is due to poor communication from the property management group, to the point of receiving no response at all about a question we had about the property.

They enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, pool table, pong pong table, playing games, doing puzzles, and playing bocce ball and the large lawn. The space in the house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great for beach days and close to everything. We will definitely return again. We loved the location, space and layout of this property. I worked well for a large family to eat dinner today, play games and just relax. Even though it is surrounded by neighbors, it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere when you sat outside, it was so peaceful. We loved sitting at the outdoor firepit in the evenings and on the decks in the morning for coffee. It could not have been a better home for our family's get together.

The amenities, ie pool table, air hockey, spa were special. Although there was no dvd player as listed. The sheets on the bed in the middle bedroom on the lower level had hairs on them. (We laundered them before anyone slept in the bed.) I was surprised that we were not given a pass for the Incline Villages beaches. This may be a new regulation but I don't think it is right. And quite unfair.

It was nice that each couple had their own bathroom to be able to spread out in. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring for making s’mores. The kitchen was fully stocked for our large meals. In this case, the home looked even better than the pictures.

Accommodations are all well done and first class. The unit is well stocked with everything you need.
