Stayed Aug 29, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house last year & again this year. We enjoy the house with 2 stories, & private lighted pier. Unfortunately, the odor of insecticide has been an issue both times. This time there was active roach activity upstairs & downstairs.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Washing machine does not drain. Pump is probably out. Refrigerator drawers broken and inside door shelf plastic all broken and falling apart. Really inconvenient because anything placed in the refrigerator door will fall out when opened. Big frying pan is warped. Needs to be replaced. Need a set of smaller mixing bowls. There are just two big ones. Wish I would have known to bring my own Roku. Dock light on the far end cleaning table is out. I’ve stayed at this house before. Like the property, it just needs a little love.
