We had a great stay for our group of 8 adults and 1 kiddo. The house is big with several areas to lounge and hang out. The pool was great and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen as well.

Absolutely beautiful! Spacious and super comfy! Perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!

This was such a large and beautiful home! It was so clean and spacious! It accommodated my family of 9 so well. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and TV's. There's also a large basement/family room area with a refrigerator, microwave and extra bedroom with a bathroom near it; this is where we spent most of our time. The host is so sweet and accommodating! She responded immediately when getting clarity on controlling the temperature. The AC/Heat works great!!! This will be where we stay when visiting Hot Springs, AR! We all loved it! I look forward to coming back next summer! 10/10 Recommend!

Such a perfect place for our family gathering, with everything you need, multiple places for groups to play games, visit, plenty of space for corn hole and ring toss, great fun in the swimming pool, with a good family adjacent to the pool. And the house has comfortable, interesting furnishings, and lots of sofas for comfortable seating. We particularly liked the outside eating area for our large group to sit together next to a terrific green space. It is a short walk to the lake, and we didn’t use the lake this year.

Great pool, beautiful grounds! Steep walk down to lake. We're able to rent a boat and park in boat slip. If renting boat be sure to check 24 hour rate just a little more than day rate (8 hours). Our family had a great time. Great gazebo stage by pool to set up PA, instruments, and play music. Karaoke night for our talented family was a blast.

Linda is a great host. Keeps everyone updated and very responsive. The house is as discribed and more. Our family enjoyed the pool, having own bedroom and loved the space. We didnt feel as though we were running into each other. The pier is nice and will gives you a nice work out. We stayed busy exploring Hot Springs, everything was within 15 minutes of home. Great location to Hot Springs National Park, Lake Catherine State Park and Ron Coleman Mining. Groceries were able to be delivered which was really nice.

Everything about this property is fantastic. Landscaping is lush and well maintained. Pool is sparkling clean with a new pagoda that provides relief from the sun. And the house itself is stunning. This is not an ordinary rental; it has charm, lovely art work, fascinating decorating, fine linens, complete kitchen, amazing spaces, well laid out. Linda has done a fantastic job. Book this!!

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for large groups with three different common areas and three different outdoor areas if you’re looking for some privacy from the rest of your group. The whole property is private with a nice pool area and a well maintained yard. We spent most of our afternoons in the pool to escape the heat. The house was clean and the kitchen had plenty of cookware. There is a two stall covered dock if you’re wanting access to the water. The property is located close to a boat ramp and you’re able to get anywhere on the lake fairly quickly. It’s also about 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and the national park so great location all around. The property owner was responsive and available to resolve any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room, nice house and the pool is really nice!

Our family had a wonderful time at this large lake home with a huge pool and nice dock to swim from. The pool felt great, the home was well stocked with everything we needed. We rented a pontoon boat for a day from Great White Rentals and wave runners from Lake Zone rentals. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us.

It was the perfect place for me and my family of 12 . Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which is not common when renting . The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids . We will definitely be back !

We enjoyed our Girl’s trip time in Hot Springs and staying in this amazing house. So much space and we loved the patio areas and pool area. House was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. Linda, our host, was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place in Hot Springs!! Took all my good girlfriends with me to celebrate my 60th birthday. The accommodations were wonderful. The pool area was amazing. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. We totally would book again with Linda!

The property may not be new but it is well kept and a nice place to stay. It is very close to main thoroughfares going in all directions and a short drive to Oaklawn race track or downtown. I not hesitate to book it!

Property is amazing! So many different places to explore. It was well stocked, clean, and well located. We loved the homes architecture and lake view. Hostess was friendly and very propmt with responses.

This was perfect for our family, clean and with everything we needed. The courtyard was wonderful for the little ones while the older children enjoyed a games of football outback.
