Everything was great.Host is great at response. Cottage is neat and clean. Plenty linens, comfy bed and sheets. Kitchen well stocked.Town of Atlantic City and parking….not so much!! Parking at rental is one dedicated spot and first come first served for 3 guest spots. There are 8 units and 8 reserved spots. Therefore if you drive more than 1 vehicle be ready to pay 5.00 an hour between 9-5 (40.00 a day) or yearly pass for 200.00. Had not counted on such an extra cost.

Steve was an absolutely amazing host and made our stay perfect from start to finish. Anytime we had a question, he responded incredibly fast and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless when we arrived and one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. It was also stocked better than any rental we’ve experienced you could tell a lot of thought and care went into making guests feel comfortable. The location, beach views, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. We truly felt at home the entire trip. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate this place deserves every bit of a 5 star rating. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The house was adorable and so comfortable. It was well stocked and the location was great for our weekend getaway. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Our weekend was a total rainout but we had a great time at the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed the week of 4th with my wife and my brother, sister-in-law, and niece. The place was perfect for us. Very convenient to everything. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and bars and the beach. Will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful location and very close to beach access. Nice hone with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Shoping and dining are walking distance. 1 to 2 minute walk.

I was in town for a wedding nearby and the location of the property was perfect. Was close enough to restaurants to pick up food when needed and easy to get Ubers. Beach is super close! Property is great with 3 full bedrooms and well stocked. A perfect place for our weekend stay!
