A very beautiful and welcoming home! Room for all of us ranging from 10 to 71 years! Great location, clean home, comfortable beds! Approachable and available hostess, Keri. We had so much fun sledding playing games, and relaxing in general! The spacious layout really was the best!

This home is perfect for our large family, including parents, kids spouses, and grandchildren. Well maintained, clean, and spacious. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is large.

Although we were not able to stay at this beautiful home, we found the owner/manager to be receptive, wonderful communicator, and great customer service. We look forward to being able to stay at this home in the near future.

Just got home from an amazing weekend at Konocadia! We can’t say enough about this beautiful, spacious and extremely clean home! We had 15 total family members which included our 7 grandsons (8 and under) they had a blast! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could ever need, from kids cups & plates to two dishwashers which was a lifesaver!! As we left our adult kids thanked us over & over and said please give our host a 5 STAR REVIEW! We can’t wait to come visit again!The Harrison Family

Great home. Well stocked with everything you might need including dishes for kids! The bunk room is amazing! The other bedrooms all have connecting bathrooms. The only things we had to navigate carefully with an our larger group, was fridge space (only one in the kitchen and a very small one in the garage) and driveway parking (we had 4 cars). Beautiful space and everyone enjoyed our stay!

The house is beautiful and a perfect place for our group! It was so spacious, had everything we needed, we were all very comfortable, and in such a beautiful location! We all enjoyed it very much!

This house was perfect for our family of 15. The bunk room is SO cool! The kitchen is spacious enough for a bunch of us to be in there cooking together. We were lucky to get a snow storm one afternoon and it felt like we were in a snow globe. We loved that they decorated for Christmas, it made it feel so cozy and festive. Everyone loved going in the hot tub, teens loved the garage game room, and we all loved the huge fireplace. The shower room in the master bedroom is impressive! The house was super clean and beds were all very comfortable. We were all very comfortable and absolutely loved our stay. Next year we will bring more snow clothes for sledding!

This home was perfect for our large family at Christmas time. There are 18 of us, including teenagers and five children under age three. The great room concept gave us plenty of room to be together and the five large bedrooms were quiet and private. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils, plenty of pots, pans, cookies sheets, cutting boards, and more. The large fireplace kept it nice and warm inside even though it was cold and snowy outside. The White Christmas topped it all off!

We treated our grown kids and their families to an early Christmas. She’s ranged from 5 months to 50+. The house provided opportunities for privacy and family intimacy. The location was perfect as well.

Konocadia was a beautiful property that had everything needed for a quiet, relaxing stay in Suncadia Resort. Great communication from the owners and everything was as advertised. I highly recommend this property. Hope to come back soon.

The house was amazing and has everything you could need. Very clean and plenty of open space for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room and game room. We went for a work trip and had age ranges of 1 to 50 years old and the house was great for everyone!

The home was perfectly laid out for our large extended family! This was by far our favorite home we have stayed at in Suncadia. Perfect location and the most amazing views of the golf course!!! We would definitely stay here again!

After my husband and I were introduced to this beautiful home by dear friends a few years ago we knew that we had to share this with our family. The family loved it!! Koncadia was perfect for family cooking, grilling, sitting by the fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub. The 4 masters and large bunk room comfortably accommodated the 12 of us with bunk beds to spare. We highly recommend this if your family or friends are looking for a beautiful quiet place for your family to unwind and relax.

I have stayed at maybe a dozen properties in Suncadia over the last 10 years. This home was the one of the best I have stayed at. Our extended family of 15 people had plenty of room to connect or have quiet time. The bedrooms all had ensuite bathrooms, except the bunkroom..but all the young adult kids wanted to stay in the bunkroom anyway because it is so nicely appointed and arranged. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The home is on the golf course but is surprisingly quite private even out on the patio facing the course. We loved our stay.
