It's charming, with a spacious living area that opens up to a very large backyard that we definitely took advantage of to relax with a glass of wine, and play some ping-pong too. I hope to return soon!

Stayed May 23, 2024We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!
