The property was clean and welcoming when we entered the property. Great location with easy drive to the ski lifts and area amenities. Great view of the sunrise over Brian Head peak. Great communication with host for any questions or anything needed.

We love the view. It is a beautiful home. The two living rooms provide good space for kids and adults. We are surprised to find games and DVDs in the house. Only 1 room in the main level, be ready to climb some stairs. Overall, it is very pleasant stay. The owners are great and very responsive.

Second time to rent this wonderful, affordable house. It faces Giant Steps Mountain. We can watch our grandkids ski from the comfort of our house! It is well equipped and folks that stay there usually leave items they haven't used...toilet paper, paper towel, canned goods, even unopened refrigeratored item. We took off one day of skiing to go to Zion National Park - only 90 minutes away. Bryce National Park is even closer! We went to both parks last time we were there. Cedar Breaks Park is worth the 10 minute drive. Small, but beautiful!

Mike was very helpful when we had a question. Views are great of the ski area. Roomy house but just the two of us so we never ventured from the main floor. Would definitely stay again.It was beautiful sitting in living room with the gas fireplace with the snow coming down. The view of ski area is spectacular!

Beautiful spot! Love the view and it was great for our group. We had 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 3-11). We will come back next year!

The host was fantastic. They had great communication and the cabin was pristine with a gorgeous view. We had 8 people and there was living space for everyone so we weren’t on top of each other. Our kids loved it and were sad to leave. It also is in close proximity to the lifts, the stores and little restaurants. Such a great experience and we’d love to visit again!

Really nice cabin with a great view of the slopes and perfect for watching the Fourth of July fireworks! Super close to all the festivities/restaurants/shops. My only recommendation would be to have a larger bed in the Master, I am spoiled with my King at home

The property wasn't laid out that well, but doable. The supplies (both for cleaning and cooking) were abundant. Plenty of room without crowding. The place definitely had a ski lodge feel. The Giant Steps slopes were beautiful from the large, glass front living area. The beds were very comfortable, which is a huge plus. Garage parking was nice. The carpet needs changing out, but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall experience was great even though the snow wasn't great for skiing.

We take our grandkids to ski at Brian Head every year and were very appreciative of the cleanliness of the home and the completeness of the kitchen amenities. The only downside was that the primary bed was not very supportive... it was like a trampoline and we did not get a full night's restful sleep during our visit.

We were so happy to be in a beautiful home with an amazing view of the slopes! We had a great time together each evening after skiiing!

It was a perfect home. Ski slopes were close and reasonable.The kitchen was the best stocked and made preparing meals easy.
