5 Star Family Home Clean, Comfortable

These hosts were wonderful people and we felt like they truly cared about us and our experience. They worked with us on the minimal issues we encountered.Parking is easy with your own driveway and the area is far enough from major roadways that it provides a nice quiet retreat, but still has easy access to highways.We will stay again!

This home was lovely with plenty of room. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. Close proximity to restaurants and retail. Very safe neighborhood. We definitely recommend the home.

The location of this VRBO suits us perfectly. We travel to the Opry and downtown Nashville during our visits and this location has easy access for that but enjoy the little area of Goodlettesville for local eateries and general shopping of groceries and necessities during our trip. This is our second stay at this VRBO and find the 3 bedroom configuration very suitable for our groups.

Home is clean and well maintained. Host was pleasant and responsive. A little disappointed that the fireplace was not in operation (coldest day of the season to date) and we did not have access to the garage. Community is surrounded by wooded area. We saw 3 deer on the street one evening. Driveway has fairly steep incline. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again if I have the chance to visit this area again.

We had a great stay! The area was welcoming. The house listing was as described. Wonderful time!

Overall it was a lovely property. The only complaints I have were that the sheets in the master bedroom need to be replaced, the Keurig was broken, and the bathtub in the master bathroom did not drain properly. It was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The property owners were also very kind.

We had a great Stay. Jack was very proactive with his communication to us. The house is spacious is very conveniently located for everything we had planned for our vacation. Close to shopping and grocery stores, and also very close and convenient to the Opry and Downtown Nashville

Well kept and friendly host

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the softball fields and to shopping places. We were able to see the fireworks. Would stay there again

The home was as advertised. My only suggestion would be to consider adding ceiling fans to the upstairs’ bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed the home.

2 couples - went for a long weekend. House was very nice, great neighborhood and lots of good restaurants close by. Close to Nashville. Could not ask for better property owners! They care about their renters/vacationers!

This property was wonderful. We came in for a family wedding. My grandson was with us, and all the games provided were a blessing keeping him busy. The host couple were very helpful when I had questions. Great property to stay at.

We used this house as a place to celebrate my recent retirement. We were not disappointed. The house very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beds are the best, very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We used the grill, which was great. Of course, the igniter didn't work (they never do) but it lit right up with a match. The owners are very gracious and easy to communicate with. The property is on a nice quiet street in the suburbs. It's an easy 30-minute ride downtown to the Opry or Broadway. I highly recommend this property.

The property was well kept and the interior of the home was beautiful, clean, well organized and comfortable. Host provided so many extras without even asking for. Host was responsive to any questions that arose. Would definately stay again.

Very nice, cozy house!

This is our 3rd stay at this property. It is always clean and comfortable, located close to shops and restaurants, and is the perfect place for our family. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

We had a very comfortable stay at this cute house. It was everything that was advertised. The owners are super helpful. Convenient location for touring all the sites in Nashville. We had a wonderful time.

Comfortable home with comfortable beds. Floors upstairs were very creaky when walking across the two rooms and landing. Upstairs bedrooms were a little small. But otherwise a great stay!

The Oxford Court location was great and super close to all of our desired destinations. The property is very charming and we really liked the quiet neighborhood. Regarding the amenities and the home itself the interior is somewhat dated. The fireplace did not work which was a disappointment. According to the note present with the check in book the exterior grill was also not working which we had originally planned to use. Many of the blinds did not work properly, the closet doors for the washer and dryer area were missing which created noise when in the living room, the master tub was difficult to get in and out of to access the shower, and since the garage could be opened externally for security reasons there should definitely be a way to lock / secure the door from the dining area to the garage from the inside. In certain parts of the country this is code required for rental properties. The four of us appreciate the use of your home but disagree with your self-proclaimed 5-star home rating and I feel the rental rate and the associated fees are too high for this property based on its current condition. Great communication with host. The house was ready upon our arrival, neat, and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. House is exactly as presented in listing and very close to shopping and the interstate. I would highly recommend this host and this property for anyone staying in Goodlettsville.

We had an amazing time in Tennessee! The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. Our hosts were awesome!! Definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Lenore was great in communicating all during our stay. Very helpful with providing local recommendations. The house was about 20 minutes (25 or 30 minutes in high traffic times) outside downtown Nashville. We knew that going in and it was fine for us. The house is dated; however it was clean and comfortable. We were not disappointed!

We truly enjoyed our visit in Nashville staying at this cozy home. Beds were comfortable which we believe to be most important. The house is nice and in an adorable residential neighborhood.

Nice neighborhood. We ubered to Nashville each day and to the opry. Home was good for three of us. It was not ready at 3:00 check in and we had to drive around for an hour. Would probably stay here again.

the house was very clean and well kept. loved how the main was on the lower. enough oom for me and 1 other couple. would highly recommend it

Carpeting was filthy throughout the house; and, we mean disgusting. Towels looked like hand-me-downs and throw aways, they were stained and old. The bottom fitted sheet on the master bed did not fit properly and kept sliding up. The closet in the master bedroom was a garage storage unit filled with old junk. In the kitchen, the upholstery on the chairs were very stained and nasty. We had to put a towel down on them when we sat because they were so dirty. Oven and stove top were not very well cleaned and we never used. The only garbage bag provided was the one in the can itself. Overall, very disappointing. There was absolutely NO feel of a resort or vacation stay. House needs a thorough deep cleaning by professionals and much attention to detail on overall cleanliness throughout. And please remove the old, stained, and dirty towels and replace with new ones. It would have been nice to have had a welcoming basket inside as well, inviting you in for your stay. We have stayed at many that provide a type of gift basket (waters, cheese, crackers, wine, coffee, muffins, sweets, etc) for you to indulge in to start your stay after a long travel in. We wish we had a better experience; but, it was lacking on many fronts. We opt'd to stay elsewhere for the rest of visit in the area.

Everything was good with the house and we had some small concerns that we addressed with the owner, which he is aware of. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Local restaurants are nearby. Would recommend this property.
