This is an excellent vacation rental. The hosts are very helpful and available if you have issues. We appreciate the four bedrooms with individual bathrooms. It is very clean. We find the location very good for what we want to do. The clubhouse grill is quite good for lunch or dinner.

Where to start with this amazing property...! Home is in a convenient location, easy to access and in a quiet, private area around upscale properties. And it is so comfortable and clean. Privacy is great due to 4 bedrooms, each with own bathroom (note that all bathrooms have 2 sinks and roomy showers, but no tubs). The queen beds were comfortable and attractive. There’s a large table, large kitchen and very spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating options, a large TV and fireplace. Two sets of French doors lead to a deck overlooking a wooded area with a grill, plenty of seating and a table. Owners left a nice welcome basket and the home had everything we needed, including washer and dryer. I was there with my 2 sisters, my adult daughter, grandson, and adult niece and we all loved this home. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend. If you visit Branson, you should spend a day or two exploring the scenic golf cart tour at Top of the Rock and take a tram tour of Dogwood Canyon. I also recommend dessert at The Pie Safe in historic downtown. There are so many things to do in the area, you’ll never get bored, but staying at this VRBO will also give you a great place to relax!

This is a very comfortable place and a perfect fit for 4 couples as each bedroom/bathroom are the same so that each couple has equal accommodations and there is plenty of seating on couches and around table. Very clean with comfortable beds.

This house is beautiful! This was our second time staying at this home & it has been perfect each time! Having a bathroom for each bedroom is so convenient! There was a binder in the home with all the info we needed throughout our stay!

The host was very helpful giving instructions for check in and check out, directions, and providing lodging details. We also appreciated the booklet with suggestions for our stay in Branson. The amenities were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of tissues and toiletries available.

The kitchen was well equipped. Furniture comfortable Clean . Mattress were comfortable.We would like to suggest possible better pillows and extra set of bath towelsIt was perfect and this is our third stay at Branson Hills

The layout was incredible with plenty of space for visiting and playing games, but also privacy when anyone wanted to retire for the evening. We loved that every room had its own bathroom. And there was great attention to detail. Full length mirrors in the bathrooms, Makeup mirrors, specious showers, etc. We will definitely go back!

Each of the 4 bedrooms has a very large en-suite bathroom with two sings and long vanity. The covered back porch is large enough for moderate size group. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances for anything you need to do. Location is very quiet but easy access to Hwy 65 and places in Branson. Entire house was very clean.

The house was amazing, well stocked, clean and clutter free. The hosts were very responsive, location was perfect, close to everything and the neighbor was quiet.

It was great to stay in a place that had a large common use area and kitchen/dining area, but also a large, private bedroom and bath.The only problem we encountered was a wifi that would intermittently shut down

Check in went great. The place was very accommodating. The only bad thing was on day three we discovered bed bugs. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Great place to stay

We had a lovely time at this home which met all of our needs. There was plenty of space for our family to gather and hang out, as well as cook meals and play games together. We also enjoyed the use of the community pool. The owners seem to have thought of everything a vacationing family or group might want, from a crockpot to games to play. We will definitely look to stay here again when visiting Branson.

The house was very clean and nice but we was there for 5 days and we had no internet that is the only problem we had so I don’t know if I will get any refund for that but everything else was fine

We had an absolutely wonderful stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and the spacious layout gave everyone room to relax and enjoy themselves. One of our favorite memories was all of us gathered around the table playing Risk, a surprise find among the board games provided at the property. It was the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and family time. Highly recommend!

Only there for three days but it was amazing. Had trouble getting door unlocked a couple different times but was able to call and get the help we needed to get in, otherwisw there were no hitches and we had a great time. Will see you again in November

Was perfect for our group. 4 bedrooms with private baths!The furnishings were nice to look at, comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything that was needed to prepare any kind of meal. The home was located in a good location. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. The deck was very nice and we enjoyed it a lot.The owners were easy to contact and were very very nice.We go to Branson once a year and will want this home again when we go next year.

This was our second time staying at this property. Our favorite thing about the house is the four bedrooms with private bathrooms. The location is perfect and close to anywhere you would need or want to go. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked. We stayed a week and were very comfortable.

Our experience staying with you all was excellent!! The home was perfect for our get away with our adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom that was very nice. One of our favorite parts of the home was the beautiful covered deck looking into the woods giving lots of privacy and beauty. We loved it and will be returning!

Villa fit our family trip perfectly. This was for my mother's 80th birthday, as well as Mother's Day for her and my wife. My brother and another close friend accompanied us. Everyone had their own rooms with complete bathrooms. The living area and kitchen were spacious and well-appointed. The dining room was large and even included a high-chair for those with young children. Quiet golf community, but close to all that Branson has to offer. We never had to fight the traffic on 76. Highly recommend this property for large groups of families or friends wishing to stay together, but wanting their own space.

We enjoyed our stay in Branson. While the weather was disappointing and limited our adventures, this home was not a disappointment. We were able to enjoy each other in this spacious home with games, a fully equipped kitchen and great beds and bathrooms. Also the deck provided space to be outside and not get wet during the heavy rains. We were blessed to be held up by weather and yet have a beautiful place to enjoy time together.
