Stayed Apr 22, 2026Issues with my stayPolice Presence: When the other family in our party arrived prior to check-in (3:00 PM), there were five police vehicles at a neighboring property. This immediately created an environment where the children felt unsafe.Lack of Lighting & Security: I arrived after 10:00 PM with my 9-year-old daughter. The neighborhood was extremely dark, and the home had no exterior lights on, making it impossible to see the address from the street.Unidentified Vehicle: Upon identifying the home, I discovered an unknown vehicle parked in the driveway. Between the earlier police activity and a strange car at the house, my daughter and I did not feel safe entering the property.Trash on the property: Owner stated he could not control trash that is left around the propertyZero Communication: I reached out to the host immediately to address the vehicle and our safety concerns. I received no response until the following morning. Because we had no way of knowing if the home was secure, we were forced to book a last-minute hotel.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025This property was great! The house was very clean, it had everything we needed ( towels, toiletries, etc.) The kitchen had everything we needed including spices! The neighborhood was clean and very close the popular restaurants and every store you we needed for any kind of shopping! The host was very nice and always responded immediately! Close the FSU and Bush Gardens. 10 out of 10!!!
