The following costs are NOT included in the rental price and must be paid in cash to the owner / key holder of the holiday home on arrival:

2. Hire of bed linen 14 euros per person (beds will be made for you for the number of people booked)
Groups / young people under 25 years old are not allowed in this holiday home.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday home.
Bed linen rental is compulsory. But please bring your ownbed linen for the baby bed.
It is not possible to rent towels. Please bring your own towels.
The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay.

Holiday home de Schelp is a cozy and comfortably furnished family home with an ideal location less than a five-minute walk from the Veerse Meer and a beach. The detached holiday home is located in a green, quiet recreation area on the edge of Wolphaartsdijk. Walking through the park you are at the beach at the Schelphoek in five minutes. Ideal for small children to swim and play. The North Sea beach is less than 25 minutes by car. There are many water sports options in the area. For example, you can rent a sloop or sailing boat. There are also several restaurants in the vicinity around the Veerse Meer and the village itself. From Wolphaartsdijk you can make beautiful cycling trips and take the bicycle-foot ferry to Kortgene at the other side of the Veerse Meer. We rent out 3 houses in this recreation area close to each other, so ideal for a family weekend for up to 15 persons

Through the front door you enter the holiday home de Schelp in the hall that gives access to the living room. Here is the sitting area, there is a dining table and the open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. The sliding door gives access to the backyard. The garden is located on the east and south and has a nice sheltered terrace and is completely closed. There is a place in the garden with sun or shade all day long, whatever you wish. 
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs.
The house is particularly suitable for a couple or a family. There is a bike shed at the house. There is 1 parking space at the house. More parking options spread throughout the park in public parking spaces. You can enjoy in and around the house. There is plenty of space in the area for cycling, walking and water sports.
