Cozy three bedroom home located in a neighborhood sitting on the intercoastal. Enjoy taking our two kayaks out on the water. We provide some family games and books that you can enjoy and maybe take onto the covered lanai to watch a beautiful sunset. Nokomis Beach (5 minutes away) and Siesta beach are very close by. Stayed Jun 29, 2024This was a beautifully decorated and spacious home in a nice neighborhood on the intercoastal waterway. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay plus more..the kitchen was extremely well stocked and a welcome basket provided. The contacts, Jason & Lisa, were very responsive. I had an issue upon arrival with the A/C which is common in the Florida heat and they responded immediately and sent a repairman within a few hours to fix the issue. We had no further issues with the A/C once resolved. My elderly parents live in memory care nearby and the house was a wonderful calm spot for us all to gather as a family. I would definitely rent this property again!!
