5 minutes to Grand Park/Carmel/King Beds/Office

We were recently in the area for a U15 soccer tournament and couldn’t be more happy with this property! Close to everything and big enough for 3 families.

The home worked out beautifully for our family Christmas in Indy. We had everything we needed and the layout of the home worked perfectly for our family. Thank you so much for a memorable holiday. Since we travel to Indy frequently, we will remember this home for future stays.

Location is great! Nice neighborhood. A school is right behind so there are fields to play on and a playground for the little ones.

We were a group of 12 with 6 teens and 6 adults. The house was located in a nice neighbor hood with much green space in the back. We were able to park all 4 vehicles off the street, with one in the garage and the other 3 able to fit in the drive way. We had adequate space for all of us to be comfortable with plenty of seating. Upstairs was great for the kids to have their own space. Master bed and bath was enormous, with the other 3 bedrooms very adequate in space. Kitchen and pantry were spacious with drawers and cupboards appointed well with drink ware, dishes and cooking and storage supplies. Dish towels were few but we made due by using the washer and dryer occassionally to keep clean towels. Dishwasher worked well. Overall it worked very well for our group and we were quite pleased with our choice to stay there.

My guest loved this VRBO. This was the first time they have stayed in a VRBO instead of a hotel.

This place was amazing. Super clean. Had everything we needed for the weekend. We were in town for a baseball tournament. We will 100% book this home again. Extremely close to Grand Park. Host is very nice and has very quick response time.

Susie's home was absolutely perfect! She was very helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. We shared her home with another family of 4 as we had a soccer tourney there over the weekend. It was spacious, clean, modern, and fully stocked from coffee to dishwasher pods and a functionally equipped kitchen for cooking and eating in. It was family friendly with a great backyard for the boys to run around and a school-yard in the backyard with a playground and basketball hoops. The ping-pong table and fooze-ball table were a bonus when it got dark out. We over-prepared for our stay as she had ALL the bases covered for an easy and comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants, gas stations, and stores (supermarket, Meijer's, etc.). Loved our weekend and will definitely be back next year! Thank you, Susie!

Nine adults and 3 toddlers were very comfortable. Early checkin was greatly appreciated since we had to pick up kids at airport and needed empty car. Backyard was soccer field and playground - great for the kids. A little sparse on adult games. Kitchen was big enough for everyone to work together. Thank you Susie. This was just what we needed.

Lots of space, great loft space, well equipped with kitchen tools, utensils, plates and supplied with toilet paped, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. great location with a walkable park at the school behind the house. Would have liked the house to have another full bath upstairs 4 bed, 2.5 bath house but was a great house, would stay afain
