5 Minutes to Grand Park, Fully Stocked Home with Game Room

I loved this property. It was beautiful , very clean and roomy. There were so many things for the grown ups & kids to do inside. I can't wait to go back to stay over again.

We loved this property! It was great and exactly what we needed!! The communication from the property owner was fantastic and constantly helping us with what we needed. Everything was clean and taken care of. Loved having the game room upstairs for all of the girls on our team. The only thing we would have liked to see different were the following: the shower liner definitely needs to be replaced, one of the towel racks was broken on the wall, there was only one pot for cooking and would've liked a few more large bowls for serving/mixing. Even with those things, we would definitely recommend this property to others! It was great! They even allowed us more time for check out!

Everything about this property was perfection. The home was clean and very well equipped with extra amenities: kitchen, bathrooms etc. Our host Mike was extremely kind and helpful if we had a question. The fireplace activated with a wall switch and made our movie time on the extra large comfortable sofa so cozy, just like home. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets. The neighborhood is close to coffee shops, groceries, banks, and restaurants. You won’t regret a stay in this lovely home. We stayed one week and would have stayed longer if possible.

TBH, check-in was a problem, and I hope this will not be the case for future guests, so I will spare the details. It was obvious the guest prior to our arrival were not as kind to the property as they should've been leaving one of the seating areas unusable. Nevertheless, with those issues remedied, this home was awesome! They have everything and I mean everything!!!On behalf of these fine folks who actually provide us homes away from homes, please make sure you treat it with respect. This house is perfect for large family gatherings and so close to the Pacer Stadium and so many restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. The back yard is set up nicely as well. We truly enjoyed it.

We had a great experience while we were in town for a softball tournament at Grand Park! We felt so comfortable and right at home. We had plenty of room to stay and everything was very clean and welcoming! Would definitely stay here in the future and would highly recommend! Is great for a family in town for sports and is close to many restaurants. We took advantage of the sidewalks in the nice neighborhood also! 5 stars!!

This was a great place to stay during our baseball trip to Westfield. It's super close to Grand Park (like 2.5 miles), and in a nice neighborhood. The downstairs and upstairs were both very roomy, as were all of the bedrooms. The rooms had plenty of extra blankets, towels, etc., and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and nicely kept! The rental advertises as fully stocked, and it really is!! For example, laundry detergent, TP, paper towel, etc. That might seem silly but I've stayed at other VRBOs where they give you 1 roll of TP per bathroom, as an example. And in the kitchen there were all of the basics, like salt & pepper, coffee, Pam spray, etc. These simple things made our stay so much easier & nicer, as when you're traveling for a few days you don't want to have to run out and buy those things. And they had a basket of snacks on the counter to enjoy, which is so simple but really nice! The owner was very responsive, nice to deal with, and very accommodating. I asked for recommendations like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everything was always replied to very timely, and all of the recommendations were great. If we return to Westfield, we'll definitely look to rent this property again!!

This was perfect for us for a weekend of baseball at grand lark. Close and convenient. Big enough for 2 families. Fully stocked with toys and books. Will absolutely stay again when we play at grand park again

We stayed here with a few baseball families for a Grand Park tournament and loved it! Plenty of beds and great accommodations. The communication with the property manager was great, we felt taken care of. Would definitely suggest this property for your stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone had plenty of space, the gaming loft was a huge bonus. My only complaint, was that the master shower really needs a good scrub down. Otherwise great house, with everything you need and more!

Lots of bunk space for kids

This home was an excellent choice for our family. It has plenty of room to spread out - and also to space to gather for games and family fun. The kitchen is well stocked. Lots of food choices nearby whether you are eating in or going out for meals. Host Michael is very accommodating and quick to respond. It was an awesome stay for our family and we would not hesitate to choose this home again.

The house was fully stocked and was perfectly located to the baseball fields. The owners responded immediately if we had any questions. The game room was great for six 16 year olds! We highly recommend staying at this property!

We were in Indianapolis for a family event. This home was clean, well stocked and beautiful. We’ve come to Indy a few times now and found this property to be the best one yet.

The property was great for our families baseball trip. It was very close to the baseball park for our tournament with lots of dining options as well.

The home was a perfect location for games at Grand Park. It comfortably slept our entire group. Check-in/out was easy and Michael was in touch or available over the entire weekend. We liked that there were seperate spaces for the adults and kids to hang out together. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The houses are very close and the backyard is limited, but this didn't impact our stay.
