Stayed Apr 26, 2024This house was perfect for our family. We took advantage of the dock and had a boat delivered right to the house. It could not have been easier. Quick ride out to Sanibel and other smaller islands and boat up bars and restaurants. We spent much of our time in the pool and outdoor space. The screened in area was such a luxury. The interior is tastefully decorated and we appreciate the calming neutral decor and lack of seashells everywhere. Tim was so kind and offered great tips whenever we asked. We will absolutely be coming back here. Cape Coral was better than we could have expected and the house was the icing on the cake!

Stayed Nov 3, 2022The rental is as described. The owner was clear up front before renting about storm damage. We rented after the hurricane. None of the issues affected our stay. I would rent again if in the area.

Stayed Jan 13, 2022We really enjoyed the local dining. Nice location to visit and explore other cities. Rotary park is a nice park to explore. Owner is a wonderful communicator super friendly . We would definitely come again!

Stayed Jun 26, 2021The property was very clean organized. The pool area was beautiful and we’re we spent most of our time there. Unfortunately we picked a week that did nothing but rain!! We still enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again. Tim made the check in easy and provided us with many ideas of what to do on our stay.

Tim was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. He also offered some dinning suggestions based on our destinations. Highly recommended.
