Stayed Jun 30, 2025Brian was absolutely great. We loved the house. It’s in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown and outlets. I would 100% look to stay here on our next trip first. He even has beach items, beach towels, boogie boards, kayaks, etc you can use.

Stayed Jan 12, 2025We enjoyed spending the winter at this property. The house is very comfortable and includes nice touches like portable fans and throw blankets. Plenty of items for a day at the beach, and there are bikes and kayaks available too! Brian is very easy to work with, and takes pride in this property!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The house was very nice inside. Looks recently remodeled. Very clean with nice furniture. Comfortable beds, nice big shower heads. Good air conditioner. Big living room. A gas grill that worked. Lot of shade trees. We used side door because front door bolt sticks after key in code but was not a problem. It's in a convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Fenced in back yard was very nice for the kids to play in. Not far from the beach or restaurants! We recommend this property for family’s or singles.
