5 Minute Short Walk To Beach, Shops and Restaurants - Single Level Home

This is a great house. It is in a great location, everything is brand new. The backyard has a great set up. The owners are wonderful to work with as well.

The house was great, everything looked fresh and new. Loved the layout of the house. Was within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants and shops.

Property was accurate to the description and pictures. The swimming pool os bigger thannit appears in pictures. House had an awesome ninja blender for mixed drinks and everything we needed for a family stay! One small issue the first day with the air conditioning but the owner was amazing, he had it taken care of even though it was a Sunday! Shirt walk to the beach and trolley station, would definitely rent again!!!

Spacious and clean w/ great pool/yard, EXCELLENT LOCATION, with everything you need. I can’t stress the location enough- map looks more spread out but the blocks are tiny & it’s right by beach access, so easy to walk, bike or take the golf cart to beach/restaurants. We rented a golf cart so we parked the car and used that our entire stay. We rode up to Pine Ave/Pier & down to Bridge St. Everything is so close by. I recommend a golf cart/bike rental. Yard is great-larger than the pics, both pool area & the connected side yard with chairs/loungers, fire pit, gas grill. We loved the backyard even though weather was cool. They have beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc for guest use so no need to pack that- HUGE PERK! Cable TV (spectrum) included- a plus since I hate putting my streaming account info in people’s TVs. Also there was everything else you may need like hair dryers, extra blankets, extra pillows, & even a box fan for those who like white noise, like my husband. The house floor plan is split, so 3 BRs on one side & 2 BRs on the other, so great for 2 families. Comfortable beds with high quality bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped- new cookware, 2 blenders & all the gadgets/servers you could need, keurig for single or pots of coffee. Also nice to have ice & filtered water on fridge. The living area is open w dining table for 8 for meals or games. All in all this house is clean, comfortable and in a great centralized location, but quiet street. We will be back SOON.

Loved the location of this property! Very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Owners were very responsive when we had questions which is a bonus.

We stayed with our family in Blue Bella for a week. The location was phenomenal for both adults and children. The adults were able to walk to The Doctors Office and the kids could walk to the ice cream shop in the evenings. WIN/WIN for all ages. The beach access is nice and not a far walk with the wagon/chairs provided by the owners. We enjoyed the afternoons in the pool while still being able to watch college football on the television because of the slider doors off the family room. It gave us that indoor-outdoor living that we love! We were also able to enjoy a few nights around the fire pit. We loved the comfy chairs outside around the fire pit. The kitchen was fully stocked and enjoyed the large kitchen table for game night. We will definitely rent again. 10 out of 10 for both Anna Maria Island and the Blue Bella!

This was a beautiful home in the heart of Anna Maria Island. It was perfect for our family vacation after the busy holidays. It was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The heated pool was awesome. We enjoyed family time playing corn hole and gathering around the large kitchen table for dinners and games. There was lots of room throughout the house for everyone to enjoy their space. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area and needing an awesome place to stay with a larger group.

Location was perfect! Eateries and several beach destinations nearby! Could walk to the ugly Grouper, or favorite outdoor dining! Tons of space for everyone! 5!! Bedrooms and 3 full baths. Plenty of off street parking. Outdoor fire-pit and swimming pool! Highly recommend!
