A Perfect Stay with a Truly Exceptional Host!We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Sharla’s charming home- she’s the true definition of a Superhost. From the moment we booked, her communication was warm, detailed, & welcoming. Her pre-arrival instructions were clear and cheerful - including a welcome gift & sign. Parking in the driveway was convenient - easy walk to great restaurants and shopping on Broadway. Grocery mart was just across the street. Inside, the home was spotless and thoughtfully appointed - a personalized welcome sign, aromatherapy diffuser, a/c at a comfortable temp. Hooks in all the right places, a fully stocked kitchen with generous starter supplies (coffee, spices, even cream in the fridge!), and a cozy, inviting atmosphere throughout. Upstairs bedrooms were spacious & comfortable, as were the beds. There was abundant drawer space, closets w/ hangers, & an iron. The bathroom was large, well stocked w/ soft towels and thoughtful amenities - hair dryer, flat iron, bath products, etc. more than you would ever expect.Sharla’s welcome book was a treasure trove of local tips and meal recommendations, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Checkout was relaxed and generous, allowing us to savor our final morning without feeling rushed.This home had everything we needed—and more. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to return. Thank you, Sharla, for all your thoughtful details. You are a super host!

Very clean & thoughtfully & comfortably appointed. Especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that permitted us to cook our own meals. Host was very responsive & welcoming. Location was perfect - very short drives to SPAC & fully equipped grocery store & a very pleasant 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Especially liked the close proximity to the small but excellent Art District & lovely Italian Deli. Would highly recommend this home & wouldn't hesitate to plan a return stay.

I stayed at Sharla's with my sister and close friends; we were visiting to attend a SPAC concert and stayed for the holiday. Sharla checked in with us before our stay, ensured our check in process was super simple and was easily reachable. Restaurants and bars were close by- we drove but most things were a 10-15 min walk. She also had a book at the house with recommendations that were very helpful!The house was very clean and Sharla provided all toiletries (and anything we may have forgotten!). But our favorite part of staying here was the cozy meditation nook in one of the bedrooms! Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Second time staying here as the property is walking distance to town. Beds comfortable and place clean. Host checked in to see if we had everything we need. Overall highly satisfied.

My friend Mary Anne and I like to meet in Saratoga Springs as it is the halfway point for each of us. This property is the perfect setting within walking distance to downtown. The house was Very Clean, warm, cozy and exuded their motto:RELAX and RESTORE! Sharla was very accommodating! We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Saratoga Springs! Spectacular visit! Everything was wonderful and exactly as depicted. Sharla is personable, friendly super helpful and extremely responsive with any questions! We had a great stay in the Saratoga Springs area… Plenty of wonderful recommendations and the property was a five star experience!!!! Convenient to everything, very clean, nicely decorated, lots of attention to detail - all the personal touches you would hope to find in a home away from home!!! We will certainly book again when we return to the area!

We enjoyed our stay! Sharla, our host has an eye for detail. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Sharla even picked up the milk we preferred for our morning coffee! Delightful young lady!

We had an awesome time at Sharla’s home. We were welcomed with a personalized sign and chocolates. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to walk into town and close to Saratoga race course. Highly recommended staying here you will not be disappointed! Sharla was communicative.
