Stayed Jul 26, 2025We really enjoyed our week at SALVOBX. The house was a great size for our group and the location was exactly what we were looking for - tucked away from the crowds, with easy access to both the ocean and the sound. We only went into Nags Head once during our visit. The rest of the time was spent at the beach, on the sound, and exploring the Salvo area and areas further south. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Overall very pleased with our experience, which made for a very relaxing stay at the beach!

Stayed May 28, 2025The property was perfect for our family vacation, including 6 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. It was clean, provided everything we could need, and it was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Stayed May 22, 2025Our stay in Salvo exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, complete with delicious snacks and welcoming touches throughout. Every detail was considered—from fully stocked kitchen amenities to laundry supplies and personal accents that made us feel right at home.We were able to enjoy every part of the property and truly appreciated the care that went into creating a comfortable and inviting space. The owner was incredibly attentive and communicative, providing helpful details both before and during our stay. This is undoubtedly a property we would love to book again.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023We had an amazing vacation thanks to Lori and Salvobx! The home was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more! We spent most of our time in the screened porch playing games and enjoying the breeze and sound of the ocean. The walk to beach was not not long at all and took maybe 8 mins. We have zero complaints and can’t wait to return!!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022My family had a blast! The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, the main living area is huge and was enough for the 7 of us with room to spare. Beach access is only a few houses down the block, it took us about 5-10 mins tops to get to the beach carrying all of our stuff. The area is just beautiful, we went to Avon, Waves and Manteo and even bought a huge kite! We found a ton of cool shells and even had a bonfire on the beach one night and made s'mores. It was fantastic.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022This was our second trip to this property and we couldn’t have been happier. When we arrived the first day it was like we never left! As always the property was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the fresh baked muffins and pastries the second morning were awesome!
