Stayed Jan 30, 2026Comfortably accommodated our group of 10 and 2 dogs. Very close to the downtown. Everything was clean, well prepared, and the host was super responsive to any questions. The house is also beautiful.

Stayed Dec 6, 2025The location is perfect for exploring St. Augustine. The house was spacious and the 6 bedrooms were comfortable. The host was accessible throughout our stay and communicated frequently. Our group really appreciated the snacks that were left for us. We have 2 recommendations that would make this a five star review. The primary recommendation would be for new/additional seating. The sofa in the den needs to be trashed. There was only one small spot where you could sit without sinking. Also, with the house accommodating 12 guests, there should be places for people to sit. There were only 4 chairs at the dining table and the kitchen table had a bench instead of chairs. There is one medium sized couch in the living room but room for a couple of occasional chairs. The couch in the den sat 4 at most. We would definitely stay here again but felt uncomfortable when at the house.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025What a beautiful home! Recently upgraded but keeping it's historic charm, this house is a Pearl! Three stories of spacious rooms, right next to everything Historic St. Augustine has to offer!It is perfect for bigger groups or families where additional bedrooms are needed. The location couldn't be more perfect and the host was super accommodating, responsive and thoughtful. The beds are super comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out and relax after a long day of walking the pedestrian mall full of lovely shops. The kids took advantage of the pool next door at the Renaissance Hotel which was very nice. We cooked on the grill and ate dinner in the backyard. I can't say enough great things about this stay. It was worth every penny!
