5 Min Walk to Nauset Beach, Saltwater Heated Pool & Hot Tub

We absolutely loved our stay at Tim’s beautiful beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — very quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need — from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen and great Wi-Fi. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with bright, airy rooms and plenty of space to relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing, we had a blast playing with the lights.Tim was very responsive and easy to get hold of. We will definitely come back!

Amazing house and beautiful property, walking distance to Nauset Beach and a perfect spot for a family trip. Our family has been coming to Nauset Beach for years and this trip did not disappoint! Tim was a wonderful host and on top of communication—from an early check in to even offering a late check out if we wanted. 10/10 would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was our first time on the cape and we made so many wonderful memories.The pool is amazing, the games and entertainment are all first rate. I think the home has every streaming service setup so when you want to watch anything it is available to you.

Great host, responsive communication, world class location to one of the best beach’s on The Cape. If you want a beach house this is it, oh yeah, than there’s the pool for those other days and nights. Definitely coming back!

This was the perfect house for our group of friends and family. Each family had their own level which worked out very nicely. The location was very private and quiet while being just a short walk to the gorgeous beach. Perfect trip!

House was perfect for our group of 12 ladies. We go to the cape every year for a ladies golf trip and this location and house was perfect. It was nice to come back to the house and hop in the pool and hot tub. Nice short walk to the beach too.

Great stay!

Our stay was great!! The house fit 10 of us comfortably and we never felt crowded. The pool was amazing, location was amazing and Tim was amazing! He was very responsive with any questions we had and gave great recommendations.

This is a beautiful house with plenty of space for a big group. The close walk to the beach and pool and hot tub kept everyone entertained and we had a great time. The owner was also very kind and responsive, we will definitely be back!

Our family had a restorative week vacation here in the shoulder season just after summer, swimming daily in the pool, walking daily on Nauset Beach, cooking fresh seafood. It was exactly as we had hoped.

Great deck, garden, pool, hot tub. Even a Golden Tee arcade machine! We had a fantastic stay with another family who had a kid a similar age. Not cheap but it's a terrific place. Hosts were more than helpful.

My family and I, 8 adults and 4 kids, had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. It’s generous size, pool (pool toys), beach access (beach wagon and many chairs) and other amenities exceeded expectations. With many rainy afternoons, the heated pool provided a great alternative to being indoors. In addition, the personal contact from the owner Tim ensured we had everything we needed. My family have all said they can’t wait to go back to stay in this perfect Cape home.

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation. First time to the Cape and it was perfect. Tim is a great host and the house delivered on all counts. I especially appreciated that there are kitchen basics (spices,etc) in case we needed a bit of something. The pool was amazing and the layout of the home made it really easy to be together yet offered privacy in the bedroom layout. We would definitely rent there again .

Very nice property, good proximity to the beach. Special feature is the pool and hot tub. My grandson actually learned to swim this vacation! It’s important to note it’s not linen provided, so accommodations must be made. Also be sure to note the pass code prior to arrival, there no cell service until you connect to WiFi, so you can’t call the manager for help if you don’t have the code handy. It’s a special place and we really enjoyed our time.

Worked very well for extended family of ten. Communication with host was exceptional.

This was a wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the pool, the closeness to the beach and the fun stuff to do at the house. Thanks for making it easy.
