5-Min Walk to Beach, Pets & Families + Large Porch

Easy access, close to the waterfront, plenty of room to relax and visit with family. Needs a little bit of tender loving care i.e. shower head in bathroom between two rooms was loose and needs to be made more secure, water in bathtub was light brown...not sure why. Wifi was great and lots of choices for streaming. The great weather allowed us to access the outside more than when it was raining the last time we came. Loved seeing the large ships go by on the intercoastal water way.

Sweet southern coastal, cozy home. Spacious enough for 7 adults and 1 4 year old. Enjoyed watching the ships come in and out of port. Close enough to beach to walk and there was a nice little splash pad that was enjoyed, too. Thanks for your hospitality.

Did a quick weekend trip with the family. Turned out to be a bit cold and rainy weekend but we didn't even notice with the great accommodations. Plenty of room to relax. Boardgames to play. TVs in each room to snuggle up and watch some streaming. Plus a great porch and backyard to just watch channel ship traffic. Fully equipped kitchen. Already trying to figure out when we can work in another trip here.

This is a lovely home. Comfortable and accommodating.We were all able to relax and enjoy our holiday vacation.Surfside is a great location. Close enough to necessary shopping and an easy drive to Galveston. Not to mention the local restaurants for great eating. Do not hesitate to book this home.

Charming home with no exhaustive stairs!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were very accommodating.

Due to the weather (rain and mosquitoes), we did not get to enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked but the inside was nice and cozy. Plenty of room to visit and relax without feeling confined. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/cookware including spices..

The house was perfect for our beach getaway! I chose it for the size, location, and because it only has 2 steps on the porch (easier accessibility). We were surprised at the well stocked kitchen (spices, storage bags, plastic containers for leftovers, etc. - all unexpected extras). The master suite is especially fantastic with a spacious bathroom counter, walk in closet, and bedroom full of windows. There is even a reading chair and lamp! All bedrooms and the living room have their own AC unit, which is great for climate control. The owners reached out shortly after arrival and were available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

Property was just as described. We very welcome with the tray of cookies and the hand written welcome note. We would recommend to others.
