Stayed Jun 7, 2023This house was perfect for us! The location was great. Easily drivable to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Very clean. Remodeled and nicely updated.. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend and rent again!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We attended an event at IMG Academy and stayed here for a week. The place was clean and 10 mins away from IMG. You are really close to beaches, restaurants and Riverwalk. The water pressure isn’t as robust as home but the water is really hot. We would rent this place again.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Check in was easy, wifi signal was great. Location was great for us, we play pickleball and GT Bray was walking distance. Beach was not too far, traffic at certain times to beach and from beach was long, but we figured it out. Nice place for the most part. Dirty sock behind the dresser in master bedroom and Washer could use a cleaning. Property manager was fairly easy to communicate with and answered questions we had. Picture showed 4 bikes and there were only 2. 2 were in the shop getting fixed but we had planned a bike ride for 4 so we had to change those plans.

Stayed Feb 14, 2024Our host was extremely helpful and very approachable. The house was fine, no complaints. Very well positioned for Manatte golf course and plenty of supermarkets, also not too far from the beach. We would certainly book it again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home, which is located in an established, quiet neighbourhood in West Bradenton. The whole house was very tastefully decorated, comfortable and offered all of the necessary amenities. Any time we had a question, Kristy was very quick in getting back to us. She really went above and beyond in helping us with a minor issue that came up - ordered what we needed and had it sent to the house the very next day. Check in and check out were both very easy. The only downside was that we didn’t have more time to spend in the area - there are so many things to do around West Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this house if you have a car and at least a week to explore what’s out there.

The home is beautifully decorated and the owner has added many handy details which made our stay even better. Communication was very fast and helpful. We hated leaving and hope to be back sometime!
