Stayed Oct 10, 2025Would not book again. ANTS and bugs EVERYWHERE, couldn’t use the kitchen because the amount of bugs, ants crawling up between the stove and counter. In addition to the mouse dropping in the cabinet. If I didn’t have family traveling in from around the country and if I could get things done fluidly with the app, I would have opted out and got something different.What makes it worse it that they are aware of the pest problem, because. There were countless raid bottles in the linen closet. I messaged them on the night I arrived, and still to this date 15 days later, no response. Yes those are mouse dropping in the cabinets.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025We used this property for our family of five as we spent three days visiting the DC area. Close to the metro, clean property and great communication with the owner. Would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024This was a very nice place to stay while moving our son to the area. We were only a few blocks from his new home. This is not an area that is close to tourist attractions, but it is only a 10 minute walk to the Metro station. We enjoyed watching movies in the projector room. The renter was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Seemed to be a good place but the A/C does not work well in the top of the house and the upstairs bedrooms do not get cool until late in the night. There was also a shortage of pillows, sheets, and blankets for a house that boats being able to sleep 10. Two of the beds were air mattresses and one had a hole in it. No sheets for them either. Glad we had blankets in the truck.

Stayed Apr 27, 2024We loved staying at this property due to how close it was to the venue our concert was at. The theater room with the projector was a nice spot for us to hang out and unwind after a long day being on our feet. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969When I booked this property at the last minute, I thought it would be not good since the rate is a bit lower than what I am looking for. It turns out to be a great stay. - location: Good distance from downtown. I won't recommend you walking at night, but It is safe for you to drive around. The property has a private parking. - clean and tidy. there is a Jacuzzi in the main bath. - Home theater: good for kids to play and dance when you are busy with searching places, or cleaning dishes. - Rooms: plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids in our group.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023The facility was interestingly structured and the host was on point with communication. Fire your cleaning crew dishes were left in the sink and dishwasher. Counters were filthy and food was left in the frig. the frig was nasty and not wiped down. The kitchen was an overall mess and unorganized. The backyard space was not furnished as displayed in the picture. There was a cooler and some lawn chairs. The indoor furniture was shaky and unstable making it impossible to seat at the dining section. The book book was extremely cute but the furniture in there was shaky as well. The 2nd floor bedroom had not linen so I had to remove the furniture from the bedrooms upstairs.
