5 Mi to Sapphire Valley Skiing: Serene Family Home

Terrific property. The agent was great but the evolve communication system with verification codes was cumbersome and didn’t work. No dishwasher pods or plastic trash can liners.

A beautiful home. We arrived to a dirty back porch, and a broken fire pit. Couldn’t use either! Management sent a cleaning crew, and a handyman, but was uneasy to use the fire pit due to broken gas knob. Never found or had instructions to find community center for amenities which description made them sound close! Not! Disappointing! Walk to lake is VERY steep. Would be helpful if owner supplied instructions how to set thermostats, and use TV’s. No cable so need your own sign in for streaming. They have Samsung Plus (free and LOUSY!) TV. Would think they would provide cable. The inside home is lovely, clean, and kitchen well stocked. Could tell family owned with pride. If instructions were provided for pool location,a ‘how to’for amenities, thermostats, TV usage, it would have made our visit easier! GPS sent us past house onto dirt road too!

All was good except issues with TV streaming service on one day of football watching. Not sure of the source of the TV connection problem but it was fine the next day. Hosts were good in quick replying to our questions and difficulties.

Beautiful home with great places to gather but also plenty of privacy when needed

Great house! We were three couples over 65 from Texas enjoying the beautiful weather in Sapphire. Lots of room in a beautiful neighborhood.

This property is wonderfully located and the deck was our favorite spot to spend time!

Blessed to have all 4 of my children join me for my nephew's wedding. Although the wedding activities took up most of our time, it was nice to come back to this beautiful property. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful time with family! The home was perfect equipped

The house had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The front porch wasn't used much but the back deck was used almost continuously. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared 3 meals a day on most days during our 6 day stay. The front hall where the stairs to the basement is located is open to the living room with no way to put up a baby gate, so we did have to keep a close watch on our 2 year old. It wasn't clear that the rec center isn't on-site, but about a 10 minute drive away. The rec center was nice but with rain every day we didn't get much chance to use it. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was great. It came equipped with everything you would need, you can tell the owners spend a lot of time here. Perfect layout for our two families and never felt crowded with 4 adults and 4 kids. Comfortable beds and couches. Pillows were okay, not great. The outside seating areas were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the house is really nice, comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Everything functioned well and the kitchen is perfectly stocked! Communication was great too.

Stayed here for family wedding in Sapphire and everything was better than described. Had plenty of room for everyone and would definitely stay again!
