Stayed Oct 6, 2025The property is perfect size for family of four. There is plenty of hot water for shower and bath. Queen, full and twin bed.Property outside very pretty. Kitchen fully functional. This time I didn’t spend much time outside but there is a deck with furniture that looked inviting.

Stayed May 27, 2025This house was just what we were looking for. It was just my wife and I and our fur babies so it was perfect. We didn't need the other two bedrooms so we just closed the doors. House was clean and quiet and location was perfect for us. We did notice however that previous renters did not clean up their dog waste which was a shame because the owners were kind enough to allow pets and some people tend to take advantage of a good thing. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Weekend trip was a success. This home was wonderful, comfortable, well kept, clean, organized. It had everything you would need. It was close to downtown Fredericksburg and Central Park, both within a 10-15 minute drive. The small fenced in part of the yard was perfect and enough to let my dogs out and easy to clean up. The doggy door was a plus!! This house is conveniently located to I95 and 50 miles from Washington, DC. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area for a weekend.

Stayed Apr 27, 2025Neighbors were nice too! We stayed while we moved my daughter from one apartment to another. It was a great way for my daughter to have a place to live for a few days, while my husband and I came and went depending on the moving progress. The house was comfortable (and my daughter said she slept soundly). The neighbor mowed the lawn and kindly chatted. We felt safe and comfortable!
