Stayed Jun 29, 2025So glad we stayed here during first week of July 2025!The house was clean, well organized, contained all the essentials, in a safe nice looking neighborhood, and 12 minute drive to Anna Maria Island. The pool/backyard feels private as back neighboring houses are a good distance away and the plants add to the atmosphere.I appreciate the no pets, no smoking rule, and the owner runs a dehumidifier in the house - keeping the house smelling fresh.Ruth (the agent) was extremely reachable and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025We had such a nice stay! The house was clean and stocked with all essentials. The layout was perfect for 3 couples sharing. We did have trouble with the TV’s. There is no cable and they are Samsung so wouldn’t Apple Air play, screen mirror or accept a Roku stick. The pool area is nice and lots of pool floats provided. We paid for heat and it was perfectly warm! Our guest contact Ruth was so responsive to our needs! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay here.Everything was clean in the house. The house was beautiful with comfortable beds, amazing shower, a great pool, and beautiful decor. Very well stocked with a full kitchen and everything you need for quick meals or full spreads! The pool is fantastic, clean, and huge. Ruth was very helpful and she responded very quickly. We highly recommend this rental!
