5 Mi to Beach: Family-Friendly Home in Clearwater!

Check-in was nice and she was very accommodating. The problems started during our stay. The overall appearance of the property was unkept The owner was hard to reach about issues with the internet and tv. We had problems connecting to the Internet, so we went without watching TV. The carpet was old, musty, and dirty we were afraid to walk on it. There are many things in this unit that need to be fixed, The front door handle was broken. There were holes and issues with the drywall all over the house. The sand in front of the yard was dirty. The sofas we did not want to sit on and they need to be updated. The playroom had a smell. Beds were dirty and very uncomfortable . Do not be fooled by the photos look at the reviews . Overall I wish these things weren’t left out from the listing so that we could’ve went elsewhere.

The home was clean and smelled great upon checkin! My daughter loved the front yard which has been converted to a sandy play area. There is a playroom with a gametable which my daughter enjoyed as well. The homeowner was such a delight! She is a massage therapist and you receive a free massage! If your a small family with children check this place out! Very budget friendly! We will be returning!

The host was friendly but he rental was pretty disappointing. There has been a botched remodel done and it looks terrible, usually I could care less but with kids, I was less than thrilled.. As a renter I was confused. The 3rd bedroom/playroom smelled so badly of urine that we kept the door closed our whole trip. The floor/thresholds were damaged and umsafe for children. The host even brought rugs to cover these up after we arrived. The lights flickered periodically and definitely made us wonder if the electricity was okay. There were little holes all over the place in the drywall and the place just felt overall cluttered. The yard was messy and cluttered as well. The sand in the yard was dirty. The carpet overall was pretty gross as well. It says child friendly, but safety wise it really should not be listed as such until there is some changes.

Great place,clean well furnished, Felida was kind and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

Disappointed with condition of property. Musty smell and dirty carpet. Overhead lights flickered when air conditioner kicked on. Positives were new Washer and Refrigerator.

everything was perfect, host was very nice and easy to talk to, will definitely book again!

My Wife and I and Granddaughter was really pleased with our stay. Very clean and Kossy. We will be using evolve on our next vacation.

Overall myself & my family enjoyed our stay, any issues the host responded in a quick manner & assisted with the issue. My son loved the sand pit in the front of the house. Made for great practice for the real beach lol. Would book with host again.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. Clean. Very nice owner who treated us like family. Great for small children and nice for the adults. Close to the beaches and lots of great restaurants. Ted’s was great for breakfast and very inexpensive. Easy to find. Looking forward to next time. All the extra touches made our vacation perfect.
