Mountain home alert
Please note the driveway has an incline typical of mountain properties. Most cars (including sedans and SUVs) navigate easily, but low-clearance sports cars may find it challenging. During the snow season, 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended for safe access.

Hot Tub Use
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk and discretion. The host and property owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur from use of the hot tub. Guests are advised to supervise children at all times, follow all posted safety instructions, and refrain from using the hot tub under the influence. Please ensure the cover is replaced and secured after each use.

Mountain & Nature Setting
This home is located in the mountains and surrounded by woods, so you may encounter bugs, insects, and local wildlife such as deer, squirrels, or even the occasional bear. This is part of the authentic mountain experience.
We maintain regular pest control service, but occasional sightings are normal and beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to keep doors closed, food securely stored, and outdoor trash bins securely closed to avoid attracting wildlife.
