5 BR Retreat on Beautiful Smith Lake & Close to I-65

This is our second time staying here for Thanksgiving. My father, husnabnd and teen boys love hanging out by the fire ring area and game room. The home always has all the cookware we need to make a meal, a huge plus for us.

We came for RTS and it was perfect. Easy short drive to and from concert. House was adorable and very clean. Host was excellent accommodating our stay!

Home away from home. I had all the info I needed upon arrival. It was as easy as coming home. The property owner was at my discretion through text our entire stay. She made our vacation a dream. In my rental itinerary, she included attractions around Smith Lake. The attractions includes; restaurants, water parks, marinas, and boat rentals. The rental unit was immaculately clean. She left a few snacks for us weary travelers when we arrived. When I walked through the door I was at peace, relaxed and comfortable. This will be one of our frequent get away spots. The house was very clean and in a great location. The owners were super friendly and very helpful when needed.

This rental has everything that you will need when staying on the lake. Kayaks, life jackets, and paddle board were all provided. All of the cooking materials that you could need along with some basic spices. The grounds are beautiful and the house sleeps a lot people comfortably. The owner was very responsive with any questions. They even provide some snacks and basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc… i highly recommend this rental.

Property was very nice. It was out in a quiet area. The house was just right for our large family gathering.

4 friends had a great weekend at the Whitehouse. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, we had all the necessities for a guy’s weekend of grilling, football and fishing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Whitehouse and our very first time on Smith Lake! The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. The grill(s) cooked well also. The game room was a hit, especially with the kids. Very clean, homey feel. All the kids slept on the couch (instead of bunk beds one night) and said the couch was super comfy to sleep on. Plenty of room for our party of 13. We used the fire pit for s’mores one night until we couldn’t take the heat outside any longer! Smith lake was absolutely beautiful and we can not wait to return! Would definitely recommend staying here. Owners were super easy to communicate with, even checked on us during our stay, and left some yummy snacks for us.

We got this house for our team members and there was plenty of space for them to feel comfortable. Great communication from the hosts. Would book again.
