5 Blocks to Shore! Rehoboth Beach Family Escape

Staying at Billy's house is like staying at you good friend's home. It is so clean and well stocked. I was hoping to just have enough space for our family of 4. The house was way more than that! It was super clean, like it had just been deep cleaned that morning. The kitchen had plates and utensils and glasses and wine glasses for more than just our family. (This is never the case with a rental in Rehoboth.) We loved the property and are hoping we can sneak a week in next summer.

It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, close to downtown and the beach. Communication with the host with easy and straight forward.

What a perfect Rehoboth beach getaway/townhouse! Six of us stayed for 2 nights and the house was just what we needed. It was conveniently located a mile from beach and a mile from Dewey so we could visit multiple restaurants, beaches, etc. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and had extra pillows, etc, Checkin was a breeze and we all got our steps in with scenic and easy walks to and from the beach, boardwalk, etc. I highly recommend - you'll love this place!

Everything was neat and clean. Didn't have to ask for anything. Two days after we arrived extra paper towels and garbage bags were delivered to the house.( we didn't even ask). We reached out to Billy while staying there and he responded very quickly. We had no complaints.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was still just as great. Three great sized rooms, nice living space, and a well stocked kitchen. Outside space is just enough for a grill and a few chairs to hang out. Outdoor shower is a plus!! Easy to walk to the main strip, but a bit of a hike with lots of stuff for the beach. We dropped everyone off then biked back on the beach cruiser which is also available. Billy and his buddy who live in the complex are easily available for any issues or questions.

We only had time for a long weekend and Billy's place was perfect. Very easy to find, had everything we needed, plenty of space for 4 of us, and close to everything. Loved the coffee/breakfast place a short walk away. We would stay there again.

The property was as advertised and well maintained. Good location for quiet privacy but not too far from beach and boardwalk. Decent furnishings and good space for hanging out. Only complaint: front bedroom got A LOT of morning sun and the mattress was quite firm. Bring your own pillows. All in all I give it an ‘A’

The townhouse was perfect for my friends and I. Comfortable with some interesting decor. Close to both Rehoboth and Dewey. Realistically it’s walking distance to both. It was great!

Super great place to stay. Well stocked condo with everything you need. 2 parking spots. Gas BBQ, fridge, electric stove, A/C, comfy beds, nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. It's about a mile walk to the beach but an ez drive. Will definitely plan to stay here next time we come to RB. Thanks Billy.
