Everything was so nice!

very family friendly and everyone had their own space

It was very helpful having a full kitchen for the family to cook and eat. New appliances. So many areas for family to gather. Movie room was a big hit. Game room provided hours of fun!

Kitchen floor was sticky and there was tons of long red hair stuck to shower wall. Overall cleanliness was ok. Great location and entertainment areas for families though.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much! There was plenty of room for our large family! The game room was a big hit with both the adults and the kids! We also enjoyed time around the fire pit. The beach at Tobyhanna State Park gave the children a chance to swim in the pristine lake. The only drawbacks were that while the rest of the house was spotless, the kitchen really needed a deep clean especially around the stove area. Some of the kitchen pots, pans and utensils need to be replaced as they have been well used. (Only 11 forks for 13 people.) There were gas grills (pretty rusty), however there was no propane and after contact with the owner I was told they don't provide gas!! Why list this as an amenity? I would absolutely stay here again!

A lovely home with plenty of space for sleeping and family fun. My family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is very large with plenty of space and many amenities. The photos presented are very accurate. The house is also located near many stores and water parks for families. Our holiday stay was definitely a win!

The house was clean, spacious, and the game room was a big hit. Very close to a lot of outdoor activities for those interested.

Our group had a great time. There were so many things to do in the house that kept us busy and entertained. Host was also very helpful and responsive when needed.

We enjoyed a lot. Good place to visit. Specially kids are very happy as lot of games. Only issues are: no tissue and toilet paper and saw couple of spider.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this location. The host was very prompt replying to messages and the house is beautiful.

They place was nice. The dishes and grill where dirty when we got there, easy enough to clean. We got to some wildlife like deer,black squirrel , and the best was a black bear.

we weren't dissapointed when we arrive the hot water isn't running they fix but we miss a day from are plants please next time for the future customers made sure check everything is working properly thank you

We discovered bed bugs in the home after our first night of stay. I contacted the host to email me because I wasn’t allowed to send pictures of it on vrbo, but he ignored me after he told me he had emailed me (he never did). I asked for his email but vrbo redacted the message so I was unable to reach out. I requested a refund of any sort and he denied it even after I went through vrbo’s customer service. Please be aware before booking, not a great experience overall.
