Perfect stay for a short weekend visit! The space was just enough for 8 adults, 2 kids. We did find some things in the home to be a bit unclean and the basement and stairs to the upstairs of the home, were unexpected. All of our entertainment outside of the home, weren’t too far from it. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and enjoyed our weekend in Milwaukee.

The home was clean and spacious for our big group. The property manager communicated professionally before, during and after our stay. Easy check-in and check-out.

I was part of a group of 9 that stayed at this property. The host was very responsive to our communications with them- there was a light burnt out and the wifi was down and both issues were tackled immediately and without any need for us to do anything but notify the host. The bar next door, The Mothership, was a really cool place to grab a drink as the evening winds down. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning a stay in Milwaukee as the property is 10 minutes from the airport and downtown.

We stayed at this property for approximately one month and experienced multiple unresolved issues throughout our stay.This is a two-bathroom home, but the only bathtub was broken for the entire duration of our stay. We have toddlers, and the bathtub was essential. The issue was reported multiple times and was never repaired.The property was not clean at move-in and required additional cleaning despite a cleaning fee being charged.Parking was problematic. We were initially told parking was available, but later had to deal with permits and parking complications that were not clearly disclosed upfront.Several interior doors, including bedroom and bathroom doors, did not latch properly, and the exterior door would not latch unless fully deadbolted. While the door issues were eventually fixed, the other maintenance and cleanliness issues were not addressed.After repeatedly reporting these unresolved issues and escalating for assistance, we were required to leave early despite not violating any house rules. The timing of the termination followed our complaints, which felt retaliatory rather than solution-focused. During this process, we were also threatened with charges.Unused nights were partially refunded, but not in the full amount owed, and the cleaning fee we were told would be refunded was not fully returned.Overall, this was an unstable and poorly managed stay. Maintenance issues were not resolved, communication became unprofessional, and the stay ended abruptly. I wo

While the host was quick to respond to messages, the property was very poorly maintained and unclean. The floors were dirty, there was trash in the cushions of the couches, dirty footprints on the walls of the bathrooms, some of the bedding was dirty and there was dog hair in multiple places including on the bedding. I understand charging a pet cleaning fee if our pet is staying (which he was) but if there is evidence that a pet has stayed there before mine then the fee feels pointless.

Yes! We had a perfect stay! We will stay there again! Close to Marquette University!

Good neighborhood and as advertised

Our group of three couples had fun in Milwaukee and stayed five nights.Pro's - Location to city highlights, air conditioning worked well, price a bit lower than other rentals.Con's - Inaccuracy of photos (building front, stacks of towels in website photos), musty damp smell that never left, smoke alarms periodically blared from shower steam, towel bar / TP holder both missing from wall, shower plumbing leaked and backed up.

Clean, niece neighborhood, the host very kind and answered all my questions.

A neat old neighborhood. Good bars, restaurants, & delis all in easy walking distance. Beaches & museums witin a few minutes drive. Laid back atmosphere. We had a very relaxing stay!

This property was pretty much how the pictures depict. It is def. older and could use updating. It really only sleeps 9 comfortably. The stairs are pretty steep. Beds were comfortable and clean. One bedroom door handle kept falling off and the bath tub plug was missing which made bath time difficult for the toddler. Other than that most everything necessary for a comfortable stay was there but not in the labeled spaces. For example, drawers and cabinets were labeled but kitchen towels were found in bedroom closets. So although almost everything was there you do have to search for it. Kitchen was small so eating in the rental meant gathering around the small coffee table in the living room for meal times. It was hot when we were there and the AC was outstanding, even upstairs where sometimes it is hard to cool spaces. I do think it was a bit overpriced for what we got but was comfortable enough.

This was a great place and convenient for our stay in the area. All the spaces had plenty of room.

Cozy house in a nice neighborhood

We had a large group that was reuniting in State College for the weekend. The home was perfect - plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. It was wonderful - I hope we can come and stay again in the future.

This stay was to celebrate a 70th year around the sun for sister #4 of 6. The amount of space was great for the six of us. The property is older but quaint and homey. It needs minor repairs but the host appears to care about those issues.

Overall cute and cozy house! Only down side with booking with this company was they charged my credit card for a dog stay without asking if they could charge it first. And the dog didn't end up coming and I didn't get a refund. We also checked out one night early due to family medical issues. But had a great stay and super close and convenient to downtown Milwaukee

This property needs major deep clean and a basic maintenance service. The owner was not helpful asked for me to get drain cleaner.He did send maintenance man 7 days into our stay who was less than helpful was rude and left without fixing tub .Tub and shower were not cleaned and clogged not working entire 11 day stay on first floor bathroom. Rugs were filthy and window to bathroom had a privacy curtain of bandaids and trash bag. Bathroom was filthy walls were streaked with urine.My son in law had to remove the filter in bathroom sink and soak in cleaner to get sink to drain. Upstairs bathroom had lukewarm water for half of our stay. We arrived to house not having working heat. That was repaired in first 24 hours. Good things it had the stated bedrooms and living room and kitchen were decent after I wiped everything down and dusted. The rotten smell was almost unbearable before I sprayed everything down with industrial's room spray. Overall I would not recommend unless it gets a deep clean and new plumbing.

Wonderful place for a bigger group to stay. House was clean, organized and comfortable. Would stay again!
