We recently had another perfect stay at Pat's place , a beautiful house in a great location, complete with elevator, pool table , many decks with great views , ample free parking , ocean views , amazingly well stocked kitchen , comfy beds , fenced doggy yard , etc. Even the ICE MACHINE is outstanding . House is bright and clean . Pat is a wonderful host , prompt and friendly communications. Thanks so much to everyone who cleans and cares for this lovely , peaceful home

Since we were in Brigantine over a rainy Memorial Weekend we spent a lot of time in the house, which was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a rainy holiday weekend at the beach. We could watch the crashing waves from the top floor living room. The kitchen was the most well appointed we have stayed in—we had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We were close enough to Atlantic City to enjoy dinners out. With the beach a block away it would be even better later in the summer. The host was easy to get ahold of and supplied us with the information we needed for a fabulous stay. The house not only has a great location but is comfortable if you’re stuck inside on a rainy day.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Brigantine beach house! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the perfect spot. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering the ultimate relaxing vibe you want for a beach vacation.The location couldn't have been better—just a quick, easy trip to the beach, which made hauling gear and spending long, sun-drenched days by the ocean completely effortless. It’s also close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true peaceful retreat.The hosts thought of everything to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or unwinding after a day in the sand, the house truly felt like a home away from home.If you are looking for a flawless, relaxing Brigantine beach vacation, look no further. Our stay here was awesome, despite the iffy weather. This home is very clean, layout provides easy community, has everything you need plus some, kitchen is fully stocked with essential items you need for cooking, thoughtful touches throughout and we loved, and needed, the elevator. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful 3-day stay at this home. Was very comfortable and roomy for our family reunion. Everyone enjoyed the home. The elevators were very convenient and were used. The location of this property is excellent as it is a half of a block to the beach. The property is spacious, providing enough bedrooms and beds for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking family meals. Overall this is a great place!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were comfortable. The upstairs' floor was perfect for hanging out. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and also took advantage of the limo service that the host suggested in his listing.

Great beach house. Very clean, close to beach, nice neighborhood, elevator, tons of space and also tons of outdoor space. Entire house from kitchen to bedroom to garage was well equipped with anything you could need. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard too.

We had an outstanding vacation. The house was clean, light and airy with stunning views of the ocean. Common areas were spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms were just right for comfortable sleeping! Location was perfect!We would book this property again in a heartbeat and would recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful weather! Great location and easy to get to the beach. Views from the property were great! Elevator was very convenient for unpacking and packing to leave. A few minor observations: shade in the dining area was broken; grate on the stove was broken; and, the dishwasher utensil rack was broken/door needs attention as it squeaks loudly. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located.

We had the perfect week with beautiful, though hot, weather and accommodations. This was our first time renting this property and all paper goods , along with linens, beach tags and beach accessories were provided. An elevator was especially appreciated . I would definitely rent again!

Five Stars Plus ! Beautiful, spacious home , just a few steps to beach . Fenced yard , elevator, fully equipped kitchen , working pool table , comfy beds , Blackstone grill ( looks brand new )sheets and towels included , multiple furnished decks . Your family will be sure to make many happy memories here. We hope to return again next summer. Owner is a pleasure to work with .

Great spot only like 5 miles from downtown. Walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with all essentials within like 2 miles.

Nothing bad to say. Its a great location just a half block from good beach access. House is in good shape with good amenities.

The property has everything you need. Regular grill, flat top grill, great kitchen. The beds and baths were all as listed. Really well k pt place. Highly recommended.

Location is great- house is well stocked! Top floor being the hangout space was a little hard for light sleepers. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Plenty of room for us all, great amenities and plenty of cookwear for us to make a full Christmas dinner. The elevator was fantastic and allowed my diabled partner to truly enjoy the house.

We loved the 3rd floor open kitchen and family room. The pool table was a hit with all the young folks. The place was very clean!

This property was perfect for us who loved the quiet. It was my son’s 30th birthday who was home on leave from the USAF. Everything was perfect. The only two negative things I would have to say is that the water pressure and both bathrooms were low. The rugs need to be cleaned. They were not completely dust free. And the refrigerator the icemaker needs attending to

Visited the area to take in a few rounds of golf. House is in nice spot - less than a block from the beach. House was perfect for our stay - we could cook and eat at the house or there were some pretty nice places to go out to eat. We were a little out of the hustle of Atlantic City, but close enough to take in a trip around the downtown. Will definitely look to return.

Good location, parking the third car a bit tough Overall a good value

This was our second year here. It's 3 levels but the elevator makes it easy for anyone who doesn't do steps well. The kitchen table seats 8 and is still cozy enough for long talks to get us all caught up on what's happening. Front and back balconies were both put to good use. We watched several Halloween movies and enjoyed our desserts in the living room.

House is beautiful and close to the beach. We were a group of friends getting together for a long weekend and some surf fishing. Can’t say enough about the amenities and the elevator was great(!) for us seniors!! We also were able to bring 2 of our 4-legged friends which was an added enjoyment. Highly recommend and hope to rent next year again!!
