5 bedroom/2.5 bath. Spacious Home in a Charming Neighborhood

EV charger for Teslas only...Our overall stay was excellent. The home provided all the space and amenities we needed to have a great visit in Eugene. We enjoyed the board games included with the home and used the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, there are plenty of dishes for a large group (there is a coffee grinder! No waffle maker or pizza cutter). The fans in each bedroom were nice too. The deep tub in the bathroom is nice, large towels and soft toilet paper. Also we used the laundry room to do a load. I appreciated the compost, recycling, and can/bottle recycling available, really helped reduce waste. Host communication is great, prompt responses.We didn't have dogs or babies, but there are lots of extras for those who bring them.Warning: The inside stairs are very slippery if you are wearing socks. My 7 year old son and I both slipped and fell on the stairs once. Just watch your step or wear grippy socks/slippers or shoes. The EV charger provided in the garage is only a Tesla charger. I was under the assumption that it was a level 2, so I was unable to use it with my Nissan Leaf. Please state in the property description that the charger is specifically Tesla. Also, we had a big issue with ants, I tried to kill with vinegar but didn't see any ant killer or traps in the home. The lights attached to the headboard in the master bedroom didn't work. No garbage cans in bedrooms or living room.

The house is wonderful! The host made it very welcoming with many amenities. We hope to stay again, since we visit relatives in the area. They plan to recommend it to others, as well.

Beautiful house with high quality appliances/supplies, great location, lovely yard and trees, visible from inside. Gracious and responsive host, extremely clean and new. We had 9 adults, bedrooms were very comfortable. We used the kitchen extensively, it was very practical.

Awesome host. Beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for 10 guests. Lots of extras like toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen spices, leftover containers, etc. We were here for a football game at aitzen stadium and getting to and from was very quick and easy. Definitely highly recommend!

What a great place for our group to stay! Great location, very clean, spacious, and cool interior! Will absolutely stay here again if in the area, and Elizabeth was a great help in recommending local restaurants. Perfect place to stay for a guys football game wknd!

Literally one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! The kitchen was one of the best we’ve ever had every kitchen item you might need was there. The toiletries in the bathrooms were the best and linens were stocked so well! You will not be disappointed in this vacation rental. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We have stayed in this home twice and are really happy with it. The house is really clean, well stocked, organized! It’s in a nice neighborhood and has a fabulous deck. The owners were sweet to leave birthday balloons and a message with snacks for my husband. We will be renting this home again!! Go Ducks!!

What a beautiful home. Had plenty of space for our group. Kitchen nicely stocked. Love all the added touches in the kitchen and bathrooms.
